I decided to go inside! LOL. Ran inside for a bottle of Gatorade and some skittles - breakfast fit for a queen! The cafe was bright, clean, and well stocked. The service attendant was polite and quickly completed my transaction. In and out in less than five minutes and on my way. Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.

During a recent visit, I had to repeat my order because she was more engaged in her phone conversation than our interaction. This isn't the first time it's happened. Now, if I see her through the window, I simply turn around and take my business elsewhere. To the employees who continue to provide excellent service--Glenda, Grace, Mary and Mike--you're truly appreciated.
