I've been a loyal customer here for years. It used to feel like walking into Cheers--everyone knew your name, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I still receive excellent service from the longtime employees who have stayed despite the challenges of poor management. Unfortunately, the experience has changed. Recently, the manager, Carole, has taken a more visible role behind the counter. Not only does she rarely offer a smile or even a basic greeting, but she also seems more focused on her phone than on the customers in front of her. During a recent visit, I had to repeat my order because she was more engaged in her phone conversation than our interaction. This isn't the first time it's happened. Now, if I see her through the window, I simply turn around and take my business elsewhere. To the employees who continue to provide excellent service--Glenda, Grace, Mary and Mike--you're truly appreciated. And to Ellie-May and Sergio, who were exceptional but have since left due to poor management, know that you're missed by many of us. You deserve five stars. As for Carole--generously, I'd give her two. read more

This speedway use to be great. Ownership must live out of town because the employees let this place turn into a dump. Broken pumps, trash cans always overfilled, and employees lock the store whenever they want.7:38pm and the store is locked, take my money somewhere else. read more

First time in 16 years that I went to this gas station, and the new employee was rude and had a very nasty attitude. No one was in store, I pointed to what I needed as it was behind her. "You need to be more specific, and I need a name." The name was given. However, there were about 8 different versions. Gave a specific location, and she rudely stood and glared at me. Asked for the manager who took about 2-3 minutes to come and handed me the item needed. However, the person behind me got what he wanted doing exactly what I did by pointing to the item. No name tag. Nice people, usually good prices on gas. It's a gas station - what more can you expect?

I went there to get my car washed, and left in total disappointment. There were three cars in front of me total. When it was my turn, I noticed that no soap came out when it was at soaking stage. All the other cars left thinking their car got washed. After the machine finished I went inside to ask for a refund because my car was as not washed because there was no soap and it was still the same condition as before I drive through. I told the cashier that the machine has no soap, and cashier, Melissa, with an attitude and some what of a loud voice, "YEA, I KNOW, THE MACHINE IS DOWN!" I told her how would I know that if there was no cone or sign blocking it off. She asked for a receipt. I said, that machines didn't print one out, it never does. Every time I come here that machine never gives a receipt. It's either out or tell you to go inside. She said, "PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD IN." As soon as I did, she said, "WAIT until I tell you to." I told her why are you raising your voice and yelling like it was my fault your machine is down, and you guys didn't block it off with a cone or a sign. This lady needs to calm down; and they need to fix this place up. I wasn't even mad wasting all that time for my turn to get a wash. Is Friday night 10: 08 to be exactly and there's a sign on the door that says we'll be back in 30 minutes but there's other people standing here and saying they have been waiting for more than one hour... I decided to call, they answered and I asked the guy at what time they think they would open, and he answered very rude " whenever we are ready " I told him what the sign says and the time that the other folks were waiting and he replied " Well if you been waiting for so long don't you think you should go somewhere else " This is so nasty and disrespectful in other words HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! something very strange happens in this place today I had to stop to put gas and when I put my card it told me to go to the cashier I tried several times and it always said the same thing So I asked the person who was accompanying me for a favor to come in and he will pay $50 for gasoline when the person arrived with the receipt I tried to put gas but it did not come out. then I moved to another station and I put the card to pay $60 so I came back to get the cash with which I paid the $50 back and they didn't do it and then at hours I receive a payment from my bank for $126 from them They are people with a type of business that is not correct , The women who work there are super rude, they are all same allied to defend themselves and it was really a quite abusive situation because the manager was on the phone and they did not return my money, that is, this was practically a robbery that they did to me in this place. read more

Very rude staff; engaging with customer in a passive-aggressive, extremely condescending manner. Definitely not like the other employees here that I visit several times this week. Might want to reevaluate some of your recent hires that might not be aligned with your companies values. Also, cashier guy named "Ham" or something like that needs to take a chill when talking to customers aggressively. read more
