Fortunately, this location was only approximately a mile west of my appointment on Pines Blvd. and didn't require me to cross I-75. Pulled into the location and was a bit dismayed because a vehicle transport truck had taken up a significant portion of the lot making it difficult to maneuver. Nevertheless, I circled around to the pump, got my information entered, accepted my $0.05 off per gallon, pumped my gas and received my receipt all without having to venture inside. Then... I decided to go inside! LOL. Ran inside for a bottle of Gatorade and some skittles - breakfast fit for a queen! The cafe was bright, clean, and well stocked. The service attendant was polite and quickly completed my transaction. In and out in less than five minutes and on my way. This location has a car wash and a rear exit that allows you access to the plaza which hosts a BJ's Wholesale, Ethan Allen, Walgreens and more.

Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.

Sometimes with cheap gas prices, comes a packed station. Since I was paying cash, I had to go inside. That's where the line was but it wasn't too long. The one cashier that was on duty kept it moving. She, herself, was very nice for the short time that interacted with her but she was also respectful to the customers before me. I did not go to the restroom, so I cannot speak on that but the store itself was clean. That is to include the ice cream station. I didn't even know Race Trac sold ice cream. However my son politely informed me that they did and of the flavors they have. Since I pass this gas 2-3 a week on my way home, I am sure that I will be back.

PUMP: Fuel ID stickers faded or removed. Receipt button inoperable, no receipt at pump. (See pic) STORE: Clean, normal convenience store inventory options, fuel receipt provided by clerk, FL Lotto tickets scanned. RESTAURANT: In-Store full service Cuban restaurant La Flor de Tamarindo. Order and eat in and free delivery offered on orders over $20.00. The fuel up with the option to eat a cuban sandwich seems to be the new trend with gas stations, and it was busy, so I guess smart marketing.

You were not able to see the displays or how much gas cost. I am not happy about the price of gas these days, this station could at least clean up their act. It seems like the owners don't care about their customer experience. At least there are several other stations in the area.

How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.
