Finally after a few mins from the back office some slow looking thin black guy with glasses walks up with a face like he was half asleep. I told him give me $60 premium fuel on pump 3. He then rings up $16 on that pump. I told him I asked for $60 and he cancels the transaction then rings it up again. However I lost the extra 15 cents off and double points perk. I asked him what happened with the extra 15 cents off and extra points? He has no idea and can't give me a clear answer. Finally after this guy goes to hunt down another clerk, one of the regular cashiers comes up and explains "its lost and I have to call to straighten this out" so because the other guy was utterly incompetent and just woke up, I have to lose out ??? I ended up walking out.... How dumb can someone working a gas station be ? Very horrible customer service here.
