Nice staff. Always seems clean. I love that I can use the app and I don't have to run my credit card.

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This location is a bit more tight, the parking lot and drive through area. However it is manageable - just a bit more traffic than some other locations we have been too. Service was good and restaurant was clean inside!

It's a fast-food concept that keeps things very simple with a limited menu: chicken tenders, fries, and a sandwich. We tried the 4 Chicken Fingers combo with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the recommended Arnold Palmer, sweet tea mixed with lemonade which was refreshing and enjoyable. My favorites were definitely the Texas toast and the coleslaw. The toast was lightly crisp with a buttery garlic finish that made it easy to enjoy. The coleslaw was fresh with a nice crunch and well-balanced creamy without being overly tangy or sweet. The chicken itself was tender but fairly mild. It was okay on its own and really relies on the sauce to bring the flavor together. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with self-serve fountain drinks and tea, and lemonade available at the counter. Service was prompt, location clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was okay. Sometimes simple works and sometimes it's just that: simple. The entire area is very well lit, and there is a menu board outside along with two staff members assisting with orders before you even reach the pickup window. This keeps the line moving efficiently and creates a very smooth experience from start to finish. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, which always makes the visit even better. And of course, the food is a 10 out of 10! My husband and I absolutely love their chicken tenders and fries. They offer several combo meals depending on how many tenders you want, and meals typically come with Texas toast, fries, and coleslaw. One thing we appreciate is how customizable the meals are, allowing you to swap sides if preferred. Their fresh-squeezed lemonade is also a huge favorite of ours, along with the famous Cane's sauce. We always order one or two extra sauces because they are just that good! Overall, this location does an excellent job with both food quality and customer service.

The restaurant had a fair amount of diners; but we only had to wait 2-3 minutes before being seated. Our server approached us quickly and we actually had to suggest they come back so we'd have time to look over the menu. I decided on the Hunter & Gatherer bowl which consisted of some greens, chickpeas, farro and grilled chicken with a honey mustard vinaigrette. It was a huge portion and quite good. My mom had the omelette which was cooked to perfection and came with 2 slices of multigrain toast. Everything was yummy and the service was fast. Next time I won't wait so long before returning!

Not that our waitress was around that much to hear us scream our order at the top of our lungs. This was an insult, as a 20 percent gratuity was automatically added to our check. The waitress did not deserve a 20 percent tip. She did not even serve 5 percent. And the parking is non existent. I had to park in a garage and walk down a roadway with no sidewalks to get to the place after dropping my wife and daughter off. I don't understand how people have given this place an average of four stars. Don't waste your money.

Since it was close by our hotel, we took a walk there for dinner: two chicken restaurants for consecutive meals was probably too much. Pollo Campero is primarily a Central American fried chicken chain, with 350 locations worldwide. It was originally founded in 1971 in Guatamala. They are currently in a rapid expansion in the U.S., with this location being one of a dozen in Florida. The state with the most is California, and I'll have to look out for them when back home. You order and pay up front, just like a fast food restaurant. But the food was delivered on real plates and metal utensils to our table once ready and it came very fast. 4 piece Fried chicken with campero beans and campero rice ($15) - I thought the fried chicken was OK. It did come with a dippable campero sauce, a mayo based sauce with spices. The rice was decent, but wish the beans were a bit different than the standard tasteless pinto beans. Campero sandwich ($7.60) - version of a chicken sandwich. Good brioche bun, and a decently juicy fried chicken breast. Campero Bowl ($12.40) - wasn't very good and ended up being very dry. The grape tomatoes were mushy and not edible, and the greens were limp. The fried chicken on top didn't really add much flavor, and the rice was dry with the pinto beans being the same. I did like the avocado chunk along with the corn salad. Individual empanada ($3.10) - small, very thin crust. The filling was tasty but there wasn't much of it. It has a self serve soda machine with Pepsi products. Since the plates were reusable, assumed that they would bus.
