I originally wanted to Columbia roast coffee, but the carafe was empty, so I opted for the Guatemalan blend. Gas station was pretty busy for 9:30am on a Friday, definitely shows the amount of business they are getting inside the little mini mart. I grabbed a little serving to tenders, which were hot and smelled great, sadly, they were a bit on the dry side for me, and a lot of breading. Coffee was good though. It's convenient and close by to my office, can't to wrong.

Never in my life have I seen a wider selection of pastries and empanadas in one place much less a gas station. The only place I've ever come across where you can get an empanada. From at least six different countries lol. Cuban, Colombian, Argentinian Venezuelan and Jamaican. Throw in the daily lunch specials of home cooked meals and this place definitely has it going on.!! We've all used gas stations that have left us less than satisfied but I can't say I have a single complaint about here. The giant touch screens at the pumps are pretty cool. They're super easy to navigate & the text display can be seen from around the corner. They're also kept in really nice condition; I see the employees outside actively wiping them down often. Whether it's outside by the pumps or inside the convenience store, this place is kept as spotless as a gas station can be. Orion & Downstairs are basically interchangeable as they share the same address. Orion is specifically for fuel but it can be grouped with the Downstairs convenience store, as well. The employees are the same for both & they're always very friendly. You definitely notice the difference when you visit here over your standard gas station. In true south Florida fashion, they serve a great cafe con leche & cafecito. They also have Boars Head products & make a mean sub. Honestly, the Cuban sandwich shouldn't be missed. Gas prices stay consistent with the times & I've noticed occasionally it'll be cheaper here than elsewhere. The main thing is the quality & I've never been let down. This was my first time visiting since the renovation. While the supermarket was large, clean, and well-organized with a second-floor eating area, I couldn't help but noticed a strong urine odor in several aisles that was incredibly off-putting. I quickly picked up a few items to snack on, then proceeded to checkout where I received satisfactory customer service. I'm not sure if I would return to this location. The layout of the shopping plaza has too many obstacles where I noticed some people driving recklessly through the premises. Parking spaces fills up quickly.

How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.

However since the last time I came here it looks like they did a little bit of remodeling and shuffle some things around and have some new set up partitions in the produce section and the customer service section and one thing I can say about this Publix is they keep it pretty neat in terms of how they stack the shelves. Right as you walk in as in most traditional Publix locations you will see the deli, the hot foods and the bakery to the right and of course the meat poultry and seafood in the back and the wines chips and frozen foods in the middle. They also have a bunch of gift cards here which I know they sell at most Publix locations but this one is kind of right in your face behind the customer service area so I think they're trying to promote that pretty hard. Either way try out this Publix Location because it's not so busy so good parking, not too much foot traffic and it's easy to go in and out quickly.

It's nice that they also have a self checkout register, so you can do it yourself and get out quickly to catch your flight. I was very impressed with the offerings and their prepared food options as well. This store is located in Terminal 1, near gates C.

There's a little Spanish woman behind the counter who is just the sweetest person EVER!!! We picked up warm bottles of champagne and were going to chill them but she said, no....she ran to the back and found four bottles of chilled champagne (of the same brand) that we wanted. I felt so bad that she was running up and down the store but she said, it was her exercise for the day. Seriously too cute for words.
