We've all used gas stations that have left us less than satisfied but I can't say I have a single complaint about here. The giant touch screens at the pumps are pretty cool. They're super easy to navigate & the text display can be seen from around the corner. They're also kept in really nice condition; I see the employees outside actively wiping them down often. Whether it's outside by the pumps or inside the convenience store, this place is kept as spotless as a gas station can be. Orion & Downstairs are basically interchangeable as they share the same address. Orion is specifically for fuel but it can be grouped with the Downstairs convenience store, as well. The employees are the same for both & they're always very friendly. You definitely notice the difference when you visit here over your standard gas station. In true south Florida fashion, they serve a great cafe con leche & cafecito. They also have Boars Head products & make a mean sub. Honestly, the Cuban sandwich shouldn't be missed. Gas prices stay consistent with the times & I've noticed occasionally it'll be cheaper here than elsewhere. The main thing is the quality & I've never been let down. They know what they're doing here on all ends & do it well.

Overall, this is a smaller Publix, almost a micro Publix. The employees are helpful. I was looki g for some dates/figs I like to buy and the guy from that department went out of his way to try and find it for me. They don't sell it but he seemed to really care about helping me out They had some nice looking cheesecake slices. I grabbed one and a few other things. Their ice cream selection is not too great in my opinion. I had a great conversation with the cashier. She commented on my cheesecake and told me a story of when she worked at the bakery at another Publix. I wish I lived closer because I would come here just to see those two employees. They love Publix and it shows.

Most of the items that was marked for sale or for clearance was expired, some of them for more than a week, including some yogurts. If you decide to check this place out for yourself please check the expiration dates. On our way out, we observed someone inspecting his car with his headlight broken, as if someone hit his car and drove away. There are plenty of parking spaces in this plaza. The inside of the publix seems to be somewhat organized with most of the items stacked up nicely. The items in the produce section seem fresh enough.

They're always running BOGO & discount offers, although it's unfortunate to see how much the pricing of everything has shot up recently. If you get their app you can also find some exclusive deals there. The store is kept tidy & I've seen employees actively cleaning during slow hours. Food display cases seem to always be wiped down & coolers are kept at proper temps. As a general rule of thumb, you should check expiration dates on anything you buy. It doesn't happen often but you can pick something up that's out of date or very close to the expiration. This isn't a common issue here but it's always something you should keep in mind. This Publix is consistent & reliable, if nothing else. There's plenty of parking space & it's in a convenient location. How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.

Downstairs market is about 10 minutes from my work and I can see myself coming here often. It's inside a gas station. And you would least expect it but they have a ton of lunch options. It's a gas station which has a pretty good convenience store that caters to those who want subs, fresh baked goods, different coffee options etc. I ordered a big sub with tuna and fresh veggies on whole wheat bread. The sub was great and I was able to eat some for lunch as well as give the rest to Sam M to try. They had such good pastries that I could not say no to that. I got a guava and cheese one as well as apple pie kind. Both I reheated at home after a few hours and they still tasted excellent. I asked for guava only option as well, but the employee told me they sold that one out for the day. This place is a local favorite for quick pick up. For gas station food options, this place is a must. The employees are so nice as well. They were so sweet in making sure my sub was exactly how I wanted it. ~
