UPDATED REVIEW: No parking in front of the business today since they were pressure cleaning everything so I parking along the side of the 7-Eleven. I commend their attention and diligence to provide a clean compound. The clerk was friendly and printed out my FL Lotto tickets. I get multiple tickets each week but purchase two from several different stores due to my superstitious beliefs. The clerk wished me luck. Mobil gas pumps at a 7-Eleven store. The price was about average per gallon but the paper was out so no receipt. This gas station is in a busy plaza and easy to enter from strd84. The drive through car wash is offered but do not know the price. read more

Horrendous! Walked in at the first thing you hear is a loud guy speaking in Creole on the cell phone. Haitian lady behind the counter was more attentive on what is happening on the cell phone that to provide me the service. On top of that I did not understand her what she called English??!!?? All I wanted was to buy a car wash suing my Exon card. I ran the card 3 times and she said it was declined. I ran my debit card and she said again declined??? Does she know what she is doing? A the end she figure it our but the noise from her cell phone is too over bearing and that needs to STOP!! Hire people who understand the English language and rece3ive the proper training. I called Exxon to see if my card was was damaged or turned off, it was not., This Haitian lady has no concept on the business and how to provide customer service. 7-Eleven needs to hire quality people!! read more

Located on the southeast corner of State Road 84 and Weston Road, they have been providing quality goods and service, consistently, for as long as I have been a patron [2001]. After Hurricane Irma, they still supplied fuel! The inside is clean and maintained, well merchandised, and clerks are courteous. That said, there are three areas that need to be looked at, and the reason I cannot turn over a perfect score: 1. Mobil pumps need upkeep. No one wants to contend with hose handles when trying to fill up! See pump No. 6 and others. 2. Car Wash in need of update/replacement. No one wants those heavy rubber "brushes" of old, hitting against their windshields or vehicle. 3. The Plenti card needs to be accepted inside. No one that goes through the inconvenience of paying inside (to avoid skimmers), wants to have their reward points denied. Your POS machine should accept the Plenti card inside as well as outside. Focus on resolving the aforementioned and I will shout your classic slogan: "Oh thank Heaven for 7-Eleven!" read more

Using the car wash is gambling your money. On 5/16 around 9:15 AM. I prepaid for gas and the car wash. "The Works" is $12.00. The cashier did not tell me to enter the code at the bottom of my receipt in the car wash machine. She was clearly new but very nice. Of course, there is a chance I did not hear her behind the glass and her face mask (excellent that she is wearing one and she even kicked a customer out without one until he came back with one), however, the receipts and credit cards serve as proof of transactions, so why would there be any problems? I assumed that the car wash did not show as prepaid based on the screen and other indicators. Since I had to go back to get my prepaid gas receipt anyway, I didn't think it would be a big deal to get my refund for an extra $12 I paid. Essentially, I paid for the car wash twice now and it was a good wash! When I went to get my gas receipt and asked for the refund, I wasn't concerned that the broken machine did not spit out the receipt since the cashier was nice and they could see my credit card transaction. I was wrong not to be concerned. The cashier rightfully went to her manager, who is also the owner of this 7-11, to authorize the $12 refund since I paid $24.00 for a single car wash. This man was nasty. He belittled me and his employee. He initially told me to go to the machine and call the company and complain to them. Are you kidding me? Over $12.00? It's such a minuscule amount to the business owner of a cash cow, and even to most customers. I have been getting gas here often for the last nine years. Never again. The owner was arguing with me, making nasty comments, and putting the responsibility of his car wash service on me to deal with. I don't know what was up with this guy, but deflecting me to deal with a vendor over $12.00 is nuts. Unfortunately, I had to inform him that my family has been shopping here for 27 years and myself for nine, and only then did he refund me. He said he didn't own the station that long and was "the only reason" he believed me. I feel bad for the employees here and other customers that had to argue with this terrible person for ten minutes over a small amount of money and principle. This is my first Yelp review ever. Not customer oriented, poor communication , no service , very rude . First I had to go back for my id which was in the car, that's fine , it's not what you say, but how you say it . Thought I'd never come back . Included a car wash, the works , when I entered the wash it told me to back up, the wash never started, went inside , I was told I didn't enter properly I should stop at the sound , not back up , came outside inspected my car, made comment if it wasn't clean, not sure what he was implying , then walked to the wash entered another code commented he would review the camera to see the car in the wash when I went in the first time, then proceeded to video my license plate and car actually getting the car washed . Incredible !!! Never again , Shell is across the street with the friendliest staff , only reason was to get food in that plaza . They are extremely rude and out of order !! read more

I've had the worst experience with the owner or so he said Amin, I was buying gas and 3 Red Bull a deal they had for $6 as I'm paying they charged me $9 I asked why and they couldn't figure out that I had the wrong size, something as simple as you got the wrong size, Amin got involved and started screaming instead of keeping his cool become rude and saying people don't read, I got offended by his remarks in front of customer.so I lost it and told him that I was the paying customer they couldn't refund the money back (Mountai) lady that was helping me I asked her for her Boss name and she told me to write it that she was not writing it down for me and couldn't figure out about my refund Bad customer service, so I just took the red Bull and decided to never go back there, I will say I normally deal with Jose and never had a communication problem as I did this day, not the face you want infront of your business,my kids has had problems at this location double charging cards will not go back. read more

If i could give zero stars I would. tried to buy ONE pack of wraps and was denied because my ID did not match the date in the computer system, when I've been legally 21 for two weeks. the clerk held me up for five minutes and questioned my ID over and over without handing it back for minutes, I would like my time back but that won't happen. unbelievable customer service. read more

This is the worst 7 eleven there is !!! My dad got robbed / jumped the other day he is in the hospital, my dad warned the worker and the worker literally said "do what you gotta do ". I'd advice you to stop at a better more cheaper gas station anyways . read more
