About five minutes after placing my order, it was ready, and they brought it right out to my car. I ordered a ham and cheese hoagie with the works, and OMG--it was delicious! This place is hands-on and detail-oriented. I went early on a Sunday, was third in line, and spent about an hour there, which I didn't expect at first, but I quickly realized it's because they're incredibly thorough. My car had been parked under a tree for over 16 hours, covered in the usual dirt and grime, and they polished it right up. They even tackled some tough spots I thought would be too stubborn to clean. My car is usually outside, so some of the plastic trim had dried out and hardened--but they took care of it without me even asking. It wasn't something I expected from a basic exterior wash, but they went above and beyond to clean, brighten, and even restore some of those areas. Everything was hand washed, dried, and handled with so much care using their own products. I'm genuinely impressed and will absolutely be coming back.

This gas station is right next to the turnpike on sunrise boulevard so it's a pretty ideal…read morelocation. It's across from a mobile for landmark references. It has a good amount of pumps. Pricing is average. It's a little rundown, not horrible, but it's a gas station. The reason I'm writing this review is because of the customer service. Granted the surrounding area may not be ideal, however that offers no justification for an employee being slightly rude and annoyed with a newly arriving customer . Story. I went inside and paid for gas, exited and selected my option on the pump but the gas would not come out. Initially I didn't want to go inside, but there was no option to pay at the pump . Pump number seven screen flashed with a message that stated you must go inside to pay. Back to the story, I went inside for the second time to inform the clerk that the screen kept flashing and did not give me an option to select my gas, although I made my selection it just wouldn't work. I simply said that the pump was not working. He asked me what was not working, I replied that the gas wasn't coming out and that the screen is still flashing. Also, it didn't show the dollar amount that I paid for. It actually told me to go in to make payment. He annoyingly said don't just press the button and that I had to hold it down. I am writing this calmer than what he actually gestured because body language is a factor in displaying your annoyance, he was frustrated. I don't know what happened during the day. I don't know if I was the 100th person to ask a question , but I myself was very polite and pleasant, because I know this person is working and handling customers on a regular basis. And I was replied to as if I were a gas station idiot. Lol you never know maybe I am. But in my experience, all you have to do is press the button not hold it down . Maybe you could be kind and maybe not so much annoyed with your customers, especially not knowing if it's their first visit at this location. So three stars. One for location, one for traffic flow, and one for the amount of pumps. -2 for customer relations. Horrible first time impression, if you don't want to see your customers fix pay at pump option at number seven.

Male worker was outside cleaning trash, emptying bins, refilling paper towels, basically being a good employee. The floor was also freshly mopped.. keep in mind its like 2:45am. Female clerk was very respectful, personable, polite, professional, attentive, and efficient. They both took smoke breaks at some point but I never felt unattended to. Selection of food was kinda impressive for a gas station, like jimmy dean sausage breakfast biscuits you could buy and heat up, donuts etc. Everything was very neatly arranged in store. Racetrac brand drinks (like the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, slushies and the like) were very reasonably priced. Other products, like candy, were of course marked up compared to like a WalMart, but very reasonably priced compared to most gas stations. EASY OFF and ON 595 connecting 95 N to 75 N. Well lit, ample parking, even at 2am, felt safe as there was a reasonable amount of traffic moving on the road out front. Ample parking. If I needed to, I would feel comfortable/safe taking a nap here on a long trip. Convenient amenities around, including a McDonalds and Holiday Inn Express (like .2 miles away) which apparently also has good reviews!

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened at this Chevron location…read more My sister was involved in a disagreement with a gas station attendant over a pump. What should have been a simple customer-service issue allegedly escalated when the attendant came from behind the counter and physically confronted her, resulting in injuries. There are many ways an employee can handle a disagreement: call a manager, contact the police, or simply walk away. Putting your hands on a customer and attempting to settle a dispute with your fists is completely unacceptable. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that my sister reportedly tried to defend herself once she was physically confronted. Instead of the situation being treated as an employee-customer incident that needed to be investigated, she was told that because she fought back, both parties were considered at fault. If there is surveillance footage, I strongly believe it should be reviewed so the entire incident can be understood from beginning to end--not simply based on who fought back. Customers should be able to stop for gas without worrying that a disagreement with an employee could turn physical. A pump dispute should never become a physical confrontation. I sincerely hope Chevron takes this incident seriously, reviews the circumstances, and addresses what happened appropriately. Employees should be trained to de-escalate conflicts--not use physical force to resolve them.
