Either nobody is properly maintaining the fuel pumps with paper to generate a receipt or they want you to enter the store to maybe make a purchase. I pulled up to pump 13, entered my card, and clicked the handle of the pump so I didn't have to keep squeezing it. When it got to my desired amount I tried to release the handle and it was stuck. I couldn't turn the pump off. While wrestling with the handle the gas started spraying me, my car, and the ground. I am lucky it didn't get in my eye and blind me not to mention the danger of catching on fire. I went inside to get some help and nothing. No manager on duty, no offer to help clean up, no concern, couldn't care less that I sprayed $10 of gas everywhere. All I got was a phone number to call. I had to drive home covered in gas on hold for an hour before I could reach a live person in customer service. They gave me a case number and said they would check the cameras. I will never stop at a Speedway again. In near 30 years of pumping gas I have never had anything like this happen to me. The smell of gas is still in Apple watch. I can't get rid of it. On my way home I saw a Wawa less than a mile down the road from the Speedway. If only I had known I would have stopped there. Avoid this Speedway at all costs.
