I've been a plantation resident my entire life and know the area very well. Everyone always needs an honest mechanic. I thought this was the place, however my judgement has changed. I had taken both of my vehicles here in the past because of the mom and pop set up which was nice for a neighborhood auto repair shop. I recently took my car their because my ac was acting up, they looked at my car, checked and replaced some blown fuses, which was nice of them. After leaving the shop while I was driving my battery light came on. I took the battery out and had it checked ,which came back full seeing that It was bought less than a yr ago. When I put the battery back in my car would not start and there was noise coming from my fuse box. I took my other vehicle over to the shop to explain to the owner my issue, he turned and looked at me barely making eye contact while on Facebook on his computer and told me I needed an electrician to figure it out. When I informed him that I was going to leave a review on yelp he got antsy and said he would follow me to my house which was cool and he could have suggested doing before I told him about yelp. I may have came off alittle harsh in the beginning because my car was perfect other than the ac issue before bringing it to his shop. He was still rude when he got to my house which is very unprofessional for a business owner. Its not a busy place and it wasn't like he was losing any business by making a 2 min drive to help me out. All in all I feel disrespected, this was no way for a small business owner to act, his whole attitude changed when he was informed about yelp. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want honest work and somewhere where they will admit to their fault read more
