BAD EXPERIENCE…read more.. Traveling in the area and went into this Chevron gas station in Pembroke Pines to fuel up my vehicle and cash in my FL Lotto tickets. Hand car washing available. NEGATIVES: 1. Labeling on pumps torn off. 2. Fuel pumped slow. 3. No security tape on pump. 4. Vagrant screaming nonstop. 5. No cleaning fluid in windshield washer bin, pure water. POSITIVES: 1. Food mart was clean. 2. Clerk was kind. 3. Simple Lotto cash out. 4. It was sunny and cool out. Left quickly and will not return.

The food mart has everything a typical station would have including a semi annoyed worker. They have chips and drinks and beer. I love Wawa! Gas prices are high and when I passed this station to see the gas was 40 cents cheaper…read morethan the station that I normally go to, I had to stop. On top of getting reduced gas, I noticed the air pump was free! I have to pay for air at my gas station. I love their air pump because you put the pound into the machine, hook the nozzle to the tire and the machine does the rest. No guessing.

This Wawa location seriously needs to get its coffee situation together. This is the THIRD time…read morethis week I've come in during peak morning hours and they're out of coffee. How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.
