NEGATIVES: 1. Labeling on pumps torn off. 2. Fuel pumped slow. 3. No security tape on pump. 4. Vagrant screaming nonstop. 5. No cleaning fluid in windshield washer bin, pure water. POSITIVES: 1. Food mart was clean. 2. Clerk was kind. 3. Simple Lotto cash out. 4. It was sunny and cool out. Left quickly and will not return.

How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.
