Came here Today because I was SUPPOSED to get 15 cents extra off per gallon plus double points…read more When I walked up to the counter there was no one there ready to ring up my gas. Finally after a few mins from the back office some slow looking thin black guy with glasses walks up with a face like he was half asleep. I told him give me $60 premium fuel on pump 3. He then rings up $16 on that pump. I told him I asked for $60 and he cancels the transaction then rings it up again. However I lost the extra 15 cents off and double points perk. I asked him what happened with the extra 15 cents off and extra points? He has no idea and can't give me a clear answer. Finally after this guy goes to hunt down another clerk, one of the regular cashiers comes up and explains "its lost and I have to call to straighten this out" so because the other guy was utterly incompetent and just woke up, I have to lose out ??? I ended up walking out.... How dumb can someone working a gas station be ? Very horrible customer service here.

I love their air pump because you put the pound into the machine, hook the nozzle to the tire and the machine does the rest. No guessing.

Then when they ring you up. they act as if you're giving them a hard time and put a nasty face on. If you come here in the evening or late at night you have the black guy in his 30s that apparently doesn't speak at all to customer if they're white. Can't get one word out of him.... Management at this store needs get some new cashiers here asap.
