Given it's Sunday almost impossible to get a mechanic. Scheduled a mechanic to show up today to resolve the broken car. Upon calling the gas station they informed me they had the car towed after they had promised her to not worry that it was not a problem to leave the car there for a day while waiting for a mechanic to show up today and fix the issue to move the car. What's irritating is that they told her not to worry. My mother is a disabled elder that does not need to deal with issues like this. Why promise not to worry and then tow the car. If you must visit this gas station please let them know how they should be more pleasant and honest to customers. I have come to this gas station for years and now I am beside myself on how they handled this. Upon asking how to resolve the issue they looked at me and could care less and sent me away. Soooo disgusted on this location, the employees, the training from Chevron. Shame on you for taking advantage of elders.
