I had a very upsetting experience at Wawa while completing a DoorDash order at 590 NE 167th st…read more This was already a complicated order, but the lack of communication and assistance from staff made it significantly worse. After placing the order, I waited to be called, assuming it was being prepared. I waited for about 30 minutes while watching multiple customers come in and out, placing and receiving their orders from the kiosk. No one ever called my order or checked in. When I finally approached a staff member to ask about the delay, I initially received no response. Eventually, one employee told me that the order had been sitting for a while and was never paid for. This was extremely frustrating, as no one communicated this to me during the entire wait time. I ended up having to unassigned the door dash order, which directly affected my DoorDash deliveries for two customers. This caused unnecessary delays and impacted my work. While one employee apologized, another staff member simply told me to "just reorder" instead of offering any real help or taking accountability for the situation. If the team was truly sorry, they would have assisted me directly instead of sending me back to the kiosk after I had already waited so long. Overall, I felt dismissed and poorly treated, as if my time and work didn't matter. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and avoidable with better communication and customer service. Regardless of the requirement to reorder at the kiosk, the manner in which this situation was handled was unprofessional and should be reviewed and addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff responsiveness and accountability, especially when dealing with delivery drivers who are working under time pressure.

I go here often. I just go for gas which is typically never a problem but they NEVER have paper for…read morereceipts outside. I always have to go inside. On this last occasion the pumps with 91 were not working. I was a bit disappointed because the main reason I go to Wawa is to get the 91.
