I recently stopped here since I was in the area and I need to stock up on food for the week since I was staying nearby. This store was pretty overpriced but i do enjoy shopping at Publix locations just because they're convenient and I can get a good majority of health Foods that I enjoy . Staff here was pretty friendly in the checkout lines weren't too long at all but what I do think is the biggest con about this place is that they have no place to put your cart at to return. I asked a staff member when I was bringing the cart back about where to return it and he told me that they just leave it anywhere in the middle of the parking lot. Quite wild! read more

monarch lakes, miramar fl if i could give this publix a 0, i would. do not. i repeat, do not purchase gift cards from this store. they are.scammers. i purchased a $200 visa card for a principal. the principal went to go purchase something, and the balance was $0. victor the manager, is completely useless. why is he even there? these people could absolutely care less about their customers. i asked victor to check all of the visa gift cards they had on display to sell to see if they had $0 balances. of course he wouldn't even do that. now as a loyal customer, i wouldn't want people to go and waste their hard earned money on this. to make matters worse. they don't even care. victor should be fired. read more

This Publix never has salads ready at 10 AM -12pm. I buy food for all my employees (8 employees ) all throughout Florida Monday through Friday at Publix.. I've never have any issues to get salads other than this location. Something is happening and I keep on getting excuses as to why there are no salads at 10-12pm Please can someone look into this, management completely ignores, our dismisses me . I will not be shopping at this Publix at Miramar Parkway in the future, and if anybody asked me, I will tell them you guys don't care about customers who buy salads . read more

Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

The staff here will literally let only one person at the registers and that person has a deal with all the customers wanting to pay their items while the other employees just start flirting at each other in the register right next to where that single employee is scanning all the items and then you have one of the Mail employees literally just watching her Deal with all the customers and not help at all whatsoever that lady was very nice. She helped me with my items, but the management here should be ashamed of themselves, allowing staff to goof around, do whatever and only let one person at the register deal with the customers at a time instead of flirting constantly, maybe do your jobs and help out read more

When I came here a couple of days ago to do a tetanus shot, the service here was amazing. The pharmacist was very nice and reliable person. And asked for the store they had great service. I ordered 5 subs ahead of time. They should have been ready at 1:10. I arrive at 1:05. I look at the sandwiches made and they are for times if 1:15 and 1:30. I tried for 10 mins to ask about my order but no one would stop and answer me. 1 of my subs was ready and I tried to ask about the other 4 but no response. It's currently 1:20 and still no sandwiches. Someone came and told me the chicken tenders would be another 13 mins. Not great service at all specially when I put my order in over an hour ahead. read more

I order two cakes one was bigger and the other was smaller .. they messed up on the small order and I felt like it was rushed last minute even though I order like two weeks in advanced . Did NOT like this Publix #0673 located at 14375 Miramar - was not a good shopping experience for me. Also, Not convenient- no drive thru pharmacy. Will be going to the one down the street 1 min drive on Miramar (monarch town center) that is a much nicer shopping experience and has a drive thru pharmacy dept. With excellent staff! read more

The deli here sucks - takes 40 min to order with less than 5 people in front.. Staff walks in an out of the area leaving stuff half made to then come back and be confused about it all over again, no sense of urgency at all! Also note that this was during lunch time, you think they'd plan accordingly for the rush no? Go get your sandwich somewhere unless you are in no rush and full of patience... read more

Shopping is always a pleasure at Publix! Overall a nice publix. Very spacious. Tonight when I cane associates were restocking shelves (which is what I like to see in case it's something I need). No one greeted me as I walked in and throughout my browsing but that was ok. I only mention that because there were two associates up front when I walked and I came across two as I was browsing. I usually don't experience that at any Publix. However my cashier, Caroline, made up for them. She was very cheery and as pleasant as can be as well as the bag boy. This was a new Publix that recently opened in the Monarch Center. The store always kept spotless and shelves also well stocked. The review was a young lady named Amber that took go care of me and me and my wife some excellent subs and so kind and helpful. And I had to make a call to this Publix because I needed someone to check on something I was looking. A young lady named Maria. Was very polite, extremely nice and really super helpful. She went and check the pasta sauce if you had and if course you did. Love this Publix shopping center for the convenience, fresh veggies and fruit, and the friendly staff. But isn't that a thing with Publix staff members? They are always so helpful, and friendly compared to some other places. In this particular location the veggies and fruit are always fresh. I'm a big eater of fruits and veggies so it's important where I shop. Some places I just won't go into because this section disappoints. Not here. And I'll let you know of things change. My kids and I love Sushi, (although they make fun of me for not really liking sushi since I only eat the cooked seafood options.) Their sushi is great and tastes really good. One of my favorite is the brown rice and shrimp tempura roll, lovely. And the avocado wraps are my second. Whenever I want a lite meal or something on the go I stop in here to buy an avocado roll. I love this Publix!! The staff is always very friendly and they have an excellent selection of prepared foods (salads, platters, etc).

I've been coming to this Publix for about 4 years now. I do have a service animal I always take him to Publix with me and no one has ever stopped or asked me what kind of service animal he is until today. I couldn't walk in with my service animal and I am highly upset about it. I will not come back to this Publix again. Very rude especially if I told them specifically it was service animal and they still denied us. read more

Went to this location last week and bought the buy one get one free hallmark cards for Mother's Day. Used the self checkout line. Pushed the call for help to see how to use the coupon. It took a few minutes for the guy to come over he was chatting which was fine. He came over I believe his name tag said RoRo. I asked for his help he asked me in a condescending tone could I not afford the item without a coupon which was very rude and unprofessional. What he said was out of line and I said I'd reach out to corporate because never in my life had a Publix employee chastise someone about affording something. He also then told me I had to do it all myself because it's "self" checkout and pointed to the self checkout sign. I told him I didn't know how to input coupons without barcode (this was the hallmark paper coupon on the aisle by the cards). He then had me type in some code and did all the steps until he scanned his badge. Then what he did didn't even work. He had to redo all the scanning and everything. It was a mess and all should be on camera. He should not be working at Publix. I ended up putting some items back because I'm not spending my hard earned money for rude employees. read more

Yesterday night pm I bough a pack oranges, when i got home i felt something dripping in the bag and it was the oranges they were rotten. i looked at the bag before grabbing them but didn't look one by one. i called the store and they say to bring them back with the receipt i told them they were dripping and wasnt sure if i was putting them back in the car in the morning. I placed them in a couple of bags and took them before 8 am the next day. they didn't even apologized for the inconvenience. i asked the girl why would they even have them available to sale she didn't reply back. definitely a bad experience and wouldn't go back. with covi19 is not the time to be going in and out of supermarkets. read more

They have the worst sub section of all publix They are really slow, give attitude , and don't make your sandwich with care. They also don't know what the sandwiches are made of they always forget to add a certain meat. If you order online, they will forget to toast it, or will add ingredients you asked specifically to not put (oil, vinegar). read more

My favorite place to do groceries. This publix pretty much carries everything you need for the home. My biggest thumbs-up for this location is that it opens until 11 p.m. This is major when you need to do last minute shopping and you don't want to travel far. Everything you need, you'll find here...Along with their own liquor store just outside of the store and the prices are pretty reasonable. Definitely my favorite local grocery store. read more

Publix where shopping is always a pleasure but a week ago I did not have the best experience picking up my pub sub. I ordered 3 sandwiches and only 2 were ready at the time. I was a little late and needed to get some items around the store so I went walking around. I returned as they told me about 10 minutes later and the chicken was still being cooked. Moments later they brought it to the front of the deli and began making another costumers sandwich while mine was taken to the back to be made in the to go order prepping area. I am glad I walked over to the side because as they were cutting the chicken for the other costumer she notes that it was still raw inside. I'm surprised they were rushing chicken that way that I had to cancel my order. I left with my other 2 sandwiches which was was a chicken sandwich but I would recommend checking your sandwich before you leave the store just in case they are rushing again. We did express this to the manager before we left the store and they went to address right away which was good to see. read more

I so appreciate that this is my neighborhood Publix. The spacing of the isles and the layout of the store is very pleasant and allows the flow of traffic to work well. The produce section is large and the food always fresh. This store is always immaculate. The associates are friendly. The pricing is clearly marked. And you can count on them to have great sales on a regular basis. Bonus - this location also has a separate wine and liquor store attached. I like this Publix so much that even with the insanity of NOT having ashopping cart return in the parking lot, they still walk away with 5 stars. read more

I came in today after a long day of work, I get greeted in English and than in Spanish and the employees laughed! I am Hispanic yes but why the "Hola" thing after saying Hello? I understood the first time and I replied in English "Hello." Fine went my business looking for a medicine I needed and some things I needed. As I go to pay the cashier was so rude to me and her and the bag girl kept on talking and did not ask if I would like help. I said loudly Thank You to see if they'd get that I was still there. This is has to be the worst Publix. They are regularly out of stock on items, carry expired items on the shelves and the deli staff while nice, are the least efficient of any Publix I have ever been to. If you place an online deli order to pick up, make sure to get there at least 15 minutes after the order should be ready. 9 times out of 10 your order will not be ready at the time it's supposed to be. There is no cart return in the parking lot. Hopefully when the new location a couple miles east opens they will bring in a whole new staff, more consistent products and a cart return. read more

The old lady with the glasses in the Deli for sandwiches is so bad at service! Also, at the bakery, the woman was not giving my child permission to get the cookie himself because it wasn't "Safe." Alejandro made my PubSubs today and they were perfect. I got half a buffalo chicken tender sub, so the sub was already overfilled. When I asked if there was room for lettuce, he stated "There's plenty of room! I could fit 5 more tenders if you wanted!" Great attitude for having such a long line waiting ahead of you. Every single time I shop here and I only go here because it's across the street from my house, the prices never rang up what the tag says if it is on sale. You have to very carefully watch at the register. I just left and I had to hold up the line because there were $50 worth of items that were not ringing up correctly. The store needs to get their act together. The excuse was the item was put in the wrong location or the tag was put on the wrong location. Thankfully a new Publix is opening up about a mile away and the new Sprouts on Miramar and flamingo is excellent with better prices. I am beyond frustrated with the store and I try not to go here. Aisles are clean and you have plenty of room to move with those big shopping carts. The produce section is great. The deli and cheese section also provides good variety. I think the weakest point is the meet section which is not bad but the selection is scarce read more

I came here several times while I was staying in the area for work. I appreciated their clean store and the selection of goods they had.
