I would…read moreconsider myself a fan because if there's a Wawa nearby, I'm likely to pick it over any other gas station. Most of the time they're clean, provide fast service, have decent gas prices & have plenty of snacks to choose from. This store is a good example of what I've come to expect when visiting any of their locations. Being conveniently located right off Stirling Rd helps with ease of access. The parking lot is more than big enough to accommodate a decent crowd, as well. The store has plenty of parking spots around & there's a good amount of gas pumps to use. I've noticed most of the time I visit their pumps are operational & fully working which is good to see. Everything outside seems maintained well enough, although the free air pump is incredibly hit or miss (usually a miss). Inside is kept relatively clean & I never see it a complete mess. The coffee area can get a little chaotic during rushes but it's usually pretty tidy. The employees do a good job at working on the food & drink orders. Of course I've had times where my sandwich might take longer than expected but it's not often. I like coming here because it's almost always on point. You wont get over-the-top customer service but everyone still acts like they care. If I'm in the area or know I'll be driving by I usually make it a point to stop here. I've never had any major complaints about this location. It's one of the Wawa's I definitely enjoy visiting.

I didn't hear the whole convo, so i was confused. Once it was my turn, she explained that some of the pumps weren't working , so if I can't pump the gas, the money will be returned to my card. I go outside to take my chance and of course , my pump doesnt work. I end up trying 4 different ones before I can finally get a half tank of gas. I gave up before hitting a full tank because it was going so slowly!! Frustrating experience for sure.

You won't find any gourmet meals here but like I said there are some good choices. They also sell different toiletries here and even things for your car like motor oil. Need sunglasses? They have them! Some of the prices are marked up a bit but for the most part their items are comparable to those in other stores.

This Wawa location seriously needs to get its coffee situation together. This is the THIRD time…read morethis week I've come in during peak morning hours and they're out of coffee. How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.
