Or they have me confused with someone else. The manager previously asked me to remain a customer, and I have since filled all of my prescriptions exclusively at this location. However, I've experienced several serious issues, including missing quantities on my sealed boxed prescriptions in blister packs, and unexplained changes in pickup locations. Recently, I was told I could not transfer a prescription that I've never had filled anywhere else. When I called for clarification, I was met with hostility from the manager. Now, I've been denied service entirely and told I cannot fill any prescriptions here. I do not have a vehicle and rely on this location because I can walk to it. I've done nothing but pay for and pick up my medications, yet I feel I've been unfairly treated and discriminated against for no valid reason. I intend to contact legal counsel regarding this matter. I do not understand what the issue is, but denying someone their prescribed medication without cause is unprofessional, unethical, and potentially dangerous.

When I got to the register, it rang up for twice as much. I politely pointed out the price tag, thinking it was a simple mistake -- but instead of honoring the marked price, the cashier just shrugged and said, "Oh no, the tag is wrong. It's this much." That's not how pricing is supposed to work, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. It's frustrating and honestly pretty shady. If they can't be bothered to update their tags or stand by the prices they display, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of stores around that treat their customers with respect and transparency -- this one, unfortunately, isn't one of them.

Lost a Loyal Customer Over Their Own Mistake…read more I've been a daily customer here for a long time, but after what happened today, I'll never be back. I ordered my usual sandwich and told them I'd be back in an hour to pick it up. I was told I hadn't paid for it -- even though I showed the cashier clear proof of payment on my bank statement. I even called Chase Bank right there on the spot, and they confirmed to the cashier the exact amount, date, and time of the transaction. Despite all that, he still refused to believe me and said, "It's between you and God if you paid for it." That kind of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. After everything I went through to prove I paid, I told him I'd never come back -- and he actually said, "Good."
