I love boar's head meats, and that is what they have here at Downstairs. I am a sucker for an italian sub, but reading other reviews I think I'm going to have to try other options soon. You can get your subs on a wrap or croissant, and those options sound amazing too. They have coffee and grab and go pastries because, Miami. Service is friendly, and quick. The parking is limited, so I'm sure during lunch time it may get a little hectic to get in and out. Will return for sandwich fixes soon!

I love coming to stores that I don't usually get to just to see what kind of interesting things they have to offer. In addition to Coke, Pepsi and Mountain Dew drinks they had a huge selection of drinks enjoyed in other countries. They had plenty of snacks and treats as well. I didn't really have any interaction with much staff but they were all smiling and seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Sometimes with cheap gas prices, comes a packed station. Since I was paying cash, I had to go inside. That's where the line was but it wasn't too long. The one cashier that was on duty kept it moving. She, herself, was very nice for the short time that interacted with her but she was also respectful to the customers before me. I did not go to the restroom, so I cannot speak on that but the store itself was clean. That is to include the ice cream station. I didn't even know Race Trac sold ice cream. However my son politely informed me that they did and of the flavors they have. Since I pass this gas 2-3 a week on my way home, I am sure that I will be back.

How do you consistently run out of coffee at a Wawa--especially during the morning rush? If Colombian coffee has two canisters, why aren't you keeping one full as a backup while the other is being used? Peak times aren't a surprise. Management should know when the rush is coming and have enough coffee brewed and ready. This morning was especially bad. Colombian wasn't the only problem--Regular, Cuban, French Vanilla and several others were empty. Customers are coming in before work expecting to grab coffee and go, not stand around waiting for somebody to brew it. Once is understandable. Three times in one week is a management and preparation problem. I'm done giving this location chances. I won't be coming back. They just can't seem to get something as basic as having coffee ready during the morning rush right.
