I came here to pick up prints because its close by but it proved to be more difficult to pick up than necessary. Overall, the store itself is clean and fully stocked. The service wasn't overall a great experience. Not sure if the person that was at the photo center was meant to work there but she had a sour demeanor and I felt like a burden just asking a simple question. Although hesitant to help me, she gave me my poster board and told me to check out at the register. When I went to check out, the lady at the register was also not helpful. She scanned my barcode and told me to pay although I already paid online. With a lot of back and forth, I finally left after 10 minutes with my posters when they realized that I had already paid. Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.
