Came in for a female symbol on my hand, the "artist" said she diddnt want to do it and suggested i do this tattoo instead, i said ok. I was in that chair for about an hour, with her SCRATCHING into me. So much of the tattoo has come off, the rest is peeling off like HENNA. The one part that actually was penetrated deep enough to stay has blown out as she literally dug at me so deep it created a cut under my skin and ink leaked over. I visited several ACTUAL professional tattoo artists and they confirmed that this was completely abnormal. It is normal for finger tattoos to fade, however this was just done improperly, some parts were not penetrated deep enough and the few that were have blown out. Also it looked like scribble right after anyway, so I'm kinda glad it fell out lol. Please don't come here, these are not professionals. I posted it on Reddit and it literally went viral, i was even accused of lying about going to a professional because they couldn't believe an actual business would do this.

I purchased it and headed to the back to get it put in. I was then told that I would be paying double what they had told me to put them in. Once the first pack of hair was in it looked very ratty. I was no pleased with the look so I inquired about what I could do to make it look a bit fuller. The man at the front, Adam, who sold me the first pack which was 16" hair sold me a pack of hair that was 12". Not having a clue what he had just given the beautician to put into my hair I sat there hoping my hair would look better after adding the 2nd pack. It looked worse! Now I had really long hair and hair that was pretty much my normal length. I went home and tried to see what I could do to fix it. I then looked at the package that Adam had sold me and finally realized he had sold me a pack of hair that was WAY too short. After figuring this out I went back up there to inform him that he had in fact sold me a completely different length he began yelling at me and telling me that I had picked that hair and that he was so out of breath because he had talked to me for so long. Basically, we can pick one item up to $9.95 value and can make a $1.95 hand sanitizer purchase and that will suffice for the birthday freebie. We also were able to use the $10 off $30 purchase and added the candle holder to get our total up to $30. Win-win. Jordan approached us at Bath & Body Works and assisted us throughout our shopping experience. He was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Always checked in on us and asked if we had any questions, which we surely did regarding the birthday freebies and wanted to clarify on what was acceptable or not.
