CVS on Old Winter Garden Road in Orlando, FL. This was my first experience with CVS pharmacy. I had prescriptions sent directly from my doctor. Because I've never used them before I attempted to call and provide my insurance information in advance. Their phone system requires you to leave a message. I called repeatedly until I spoke with someone as the automated system did not address my need. Only other option was to leave a message and wait an hour for a return call. I ended up driving over there and was told there was an issue with the way the prescription was called in. I went back to the doctor and had it corrected. I had a total of 5 prescriptions, my husband was only given 4. The missing one is the one from earlier (1130 am). I called and had to leave a message at 330. I get a call at 6 pm telling me they have been back order on the missing pain medication for MONTHS!!! That should have been communicated with me while I was there!! I was told I have to get my doctor to prescribe something else or I can wait until WHENEVER they get it in stock!!! I am hurting now. I been hurting all day!! Could no one contact the prescribing doctor and advise?!?! There was no customer service or empathy for me! Matter of fact, the last person I spoke to there was dismissive telling me she just got to work and doesn't know why the issue wasn't communicated to my husband or why no other assistance was offered. The responsibility has been thrust back on me. I am so disgusted by this experience. It is too much of a hassle to change pharmacies at this point. But once this prescription is changed, I will not be doing business with CVS again. ​ read more

As someone who works in DC, I know I am spoiled when it comes to the quality of CVSs I run into. I was staying at the hotel across the street and was super excited when I saw a CVS across the street. After risking my life to cross the 6 lanes of traffic (there are no crosswalks anywhere in sight), I finally make it to CVS for the one item I forgot to pick up before leaving from BWI. I even remembered my ExtraCare Bucks! They had a huge selection of lashes but held a 0 inventory of press on nails! I was disappointed but I also understand localization of merchandise. When I saw the lash selection I was just sure they would have press on nails too. Judge me all you want, but press on nails have come a long way and they usually last a week or more for me. They're perfect for last minute trips as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the Walt Disney merchandise as I always grab something everywhere I go. read more

I came by this CVS pharmacy because I needed a few things. I was at a conference at the Caribe Royale hotel just across the street. I needed to buy some soft drinks, chocolate and I needed a greeting card for the gift I bought for a birthday party I needed to go the next day. I quickly found the greeting card and the drinks I needed. I was, though, disappointed in its chocolate selection. Really small candy section in this CVS...smallest I have seen in a drug store. After looking at their small selection i settled for a 3 musketeers bar...meh I guess it did the trick but I prefer better quality chocolate bars. Still it's a decent CVS...if your at the Caribe Royale and need a drug store....location can't be beat as it is across the street. read more

This is the smallest CVS I have ever been to. They carry basic grocery items you might need, but most of the store is dedicated to Florida and theme park related souvenirs. After pumping gas at the 7/11 that is right next to this store, I came here just to quickly get some diapers for my kid, but would prefer going to other several "stand-alone", larger CVSs and Walgreens in this area if in need of groceries or pharmaceutical related stuff in the future. They do have a self-checkout, which is nice. read more

Worst experience at any given CVS!! The employee named Jane was so freakin mean and rude. None of my teammates credit card would go through however she had no sense of wanting to help us resolve issue but rather she kept saying our cards (all 4 ppl's, one from CA and 3 from NJ) wouldn't go through but decided not to do anything to help us. We ended up going to 7-Eleven instead. I was trying to charge my phone for few min we were shopping there since I just flew in and phone was about to die, she kept pushing the vacuum under the chair I was sitting on by the Kodak photo machine. I called before driving given the bad reviews. They still don't have a pharmacy. Bizarre! The person on the phone gave a lame answer.

I should have read through the reviews, but who knew CVS Pharmacy wouldn't have a PHARMACY???? I was very impressed with this CVS location. First, huge refrigerated section. The Gatorades were a bit sparse and there was a milk section completely empty, but there was a lot of potential and if it would have been stocked a bit better it would have been the best refrigerated I have seen. Note there was no beer cave ad I was also impressed with the selection of things for travelers. Suitcases and swimming gear and all sorts of other useful things. This was the first CVS that I have seen with self checkout. That was very helpful. More CVS stores should install those lovely time savers. The staff was somewhat friendly, but they could have been better. I only saw and interacted with one employee. I have been to my fair share of CVS drugstores and this one was definitely one of the better ones. read more

On the way home this seemed like a quick stop as needed a couple things to fight a cold I've caught. On entering I was greeted by friendly staff and noticed the place was pretty clean and well stocked. The place is well stocked and selections are good. One thing I really liked was they have self check outs which is great. I'll be stopping here again on the way home when I need something. read more

This is the CVS right on the way to Disney. The prices are higher than any other CBS for the same day. It is a cheap strip mall so the prices are not rent related. Tourist scamming is not an acceptable practice read more
