Then after I got married and had children and they would get ear infections in daycare and pre school Fred is the one I would go to. Then he bought his own Reliable pharmacy and it still is the same. You never wait longer than 10 minutes. Fred is a Doctor of pharmacology which means he knows what every drug will do for you or to you. He gives out sage advice and talks to everyone as though he would talk and look out for his own family. He really cares about his patients! The name Reliable is a spot on name for this store because for every aspect done in this store, whether it be giving vaccines, or helping people to decide which vitamins to take or asking questions about a procedure they are thinking of having done or a drug to consider taking, he weighs it heavily with much thought and wisdom and gives you his answer. Also he will catch drug interactions and quickly call your Doctor up and say "I can't give them this drug because it will interact with what he or she is taking which in the ends keeps you safe. He's on top of it! His store is always clean and sanitary. They also sell nick nacks as well as jewelry and all holiday items. They have Brown Bag sandwiches which are really delicious and nutritious. Most hospitals buy these for their patients in case they get hungry in the middle of the night. In other words she is competent, gone to school, got her degree and takes care of everything. If anything is wrong in the price for your drug or the prescription, she will catch it and correct it right away. Jay is another great employee! She is always smiling, and works hard. Dear God, I called for a vaccinations inquiry I was told that this store didn't carry anything other than the flushot and they tried tried to send me another store asked the man in the rx dept if its a chain of stores (CVS) they cant order vaccinations with advanced notice?... put me on hold and never herd from him again..... what kind of crap is that? not only will I not use CVS but I will fire my doctors office for suggesting I go there in the first place to get my shots .... read more

Fill your prescription somewhere else. They are crooks here and try to make you pay for meds that are covered by insurance. Waited to almost an hour for them to get in touch with my insurance and at the end paid out of pocket. Went to moms and pups pharmacy just down the street and they worked with my insurance and got them pay for it. Save yourself some money and aggravation and fill your script somewhere else. read more

I paid $36 to overnight something on the 4th. It got there in 3 days - the 7th at 2:30p.m. The man pointed to the sign that said 2 days. On the 4th the lady never said it was counted as the next day since I came after 3:30 p.m. When I had asked him on a previous visit, he said I needed to go to the Post Office to get a refund. At that time I didn't have my paperwork. I went to the Post Office today and they said the mail room at the Knollwood Pharmacy is a 3rd party, so they could not give the refund. Their computer system would not allow it. They told me to go back where I bought it. If this man owns this business , that's probably why he would not give the refund. He lost my business. He should not be representing the USPS if he really isn't part of them. Evidently he can take money for the USPS , but not refund it if they don't live up to their end of it.
