It's been over a week and still no prescription. I've calling both the pharmacy and my doctor to confirm a prescription. They receive one but not the other. They denied calling my doctor when I know they could have called the doctor. The doctors office called the pharmacy to confirm they received the prescription but the pharmacy is saying that isn't true. Very unprofessional. Not helpful what so ever. read more

If you are looking for a pharmacy where the staff doesn't communicate well with one another and you have a decent chance of a very long wait until you find out that they've botched your prescription in some way, then Rx #630395 (CVS) is the place for you. I have so many eff-up stories that I almost don't know where to begin, but the most damning of them was when I was suffering from GERD/acid reflux and my doctor gave me a scrip for a H2 blocker that I needed to sleep at night (or I'd be up coughing until dawn). CVS took it upon themselves to call my insurance company, found out that it wasn't covered under my plan, and then called it a day. At no point in time did I get a phone call asking me if I wanted to pay out of pocket (which was fine, and what I ultimately did). So, if you want a pharmacy that works for your insurer, and NOT for you . . . again, you've come to the right place. I finally had enough and am now going to Rite-Aid instead. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this CVS. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The pharmacy peole help and have everything ready when they say it will be. The store is always neat and clean. On the rare instance when the item I am looking for is not available, they readily ask if I would like a rain check. The customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend this store any higher. This store sets the standard for all other CVs locations! read more

I moved here 3 years ago and they helped me transfer my accounts from another pharmacy and were so nice. since then there have been several new faces, but Michael the lead pharmacists has always had my back. They always help, are attentive and not just to me. I waited once 10 minutes while one of the reps explained medications to an elderly woman 2 or 3 times. she was so nice, I really felt the warmth in there. It is our neighborhood pharmacy! All the store personal is very nice, diligent to help the customer find an item; management is especially professional at all times, and is compassionate when it comes to assisting the disabled. I am very disappointed at the photo center at this location. I ordered pic that according to my order# would be ready at 1:30. I went over at 3:30 and the lady behind the counter is telling me my order isn't in the system. I was pissed. What kind of shit is that. Great pharmacy! My son went to urgent care and was diagnosed with the flu early in the morning and the prescription was sent to another CVS at Reseda and Devonshire. After six hours they still had not filled it and told me that it would be another few hours. My son was really suffering and they could care less. I transferred the prescription to this CVS and Cynthia at the pharmacy was a tremendous help! She transferred the prescription and had it filled within minutes. She was so helpful! Very grateful to this pharmacy. Well managed, well staffed, and very organized. I highly recommend! read more

Worst customer service ever. I was carrying my backpack filled with my 2 year olds asthma medicine and this rude lady by the name of Norma told me I "needed" to put my bag upfront. Excuse me I need to do that!?! She should have had said "due to our store policy do you mind putting your bag up front?" But clearly this lady has No home training or manager training. She was rude as hell and I felt like she was discriminating against me because I have tattoos. She kept following me after I had put my bag upfront. If I ever go back it won't be on friendly terms. Have tried to give this place multiple chances but each time they have either taken forever to fill my prescription (4 weeks) or try to simply say it has gone out of manufacturing when it wasn't true. Great pharmacy staff who is timely, efficient, and personable. They've always been nice and courteous, offering to get anything I need over the counter and making my medications ready in less than 15 minutes. If they don't have my medication in stock, it usually takes them a day to get it in. A lot better than other pharmacies in the area. read more

While it's convenient, the drive-thru pharmacy window is horrible. I've been the only car at the window and have waited nearly 10 minutes before I get any one to even come to the window even when pushing the "Call" button multiple times. I had an injured foot so I couldn't walk into the building. I have been so frustrated that I started to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. The store is still convenient for emergency items but I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru pharmacy window. read more

This is strictly for the pharmacy: I've been going to this pharmacy for a while now and always picking up something or the other and very rarely do they get my prescription correct. For some odd reason, even after my doctor calls and gives them instructions..they never follow! I'm so fed up with waiting in line for half an hour and then they tell me that my prescription isn't ready and I have to wait another 20 mins. Forget it, I'm done with them. I normally wouldn't write reviews for a local pharmacy store because I'm always in and out in minute, but they recently hired some new people here and I was just surprised because they actually greeted me this time and asked me if I needed help. I came in here to buy prune juice for my niece. We all know what prune juice is for LOL no need to say more, so I didn't really bother to ask where it was when she asked me if I needed help, just for the fact that I don't want to be judged haha, but yeah the girl at the register was really nice and she greeted everyone who walked in regardless of who they are. I am going to try and help this place get more then 3-stars. I live nearby so I come here all the time. They never forget to greet you as you walk in, and the whole staff is very friendly. They are all willing to help you find what you need, and even if you don't need to find anything they will ask anyway just to be sure. The prices are always good and they have great sales. I also love using my coupons from my CVS card and I have saved a lot of money doing that. The store is also very clean and organized, as opposed to other CVS Pharmacies I have been to.
