    Disgusting walkways and litter galore.

    Wow this place is filthy outside. The walkways are in desperate need of some power washing, and there's litter everywhere. I've had positive experiences with the staff and pharmacists, but every time I come here it feels super gross. I avoid this place when I can. Hey CVS!! Take more pride in your storefronts!!

    So here is my story CVS! My second toe got an infection so o went to the ER after a week of pain and it not getting better in my opinion! Ok ....so they prescribe antibodies and pain meds (12 pills) for 3 days as my primary care couldn't get to until Monday. I started the antibodies and an abscess forms on my gum so I NOW DEVELOP an ear ache and a tooth ache! By monday my face is DEFORMED and THROBBING! My primary care prescribes MORE antibodies and enough pain meds for 5 days (20 more pills) so I can get to the dentist ! I have to wait for the infection to subside before My dentist of 30 years could work on the infected area ! Here is my problem the pharmacy is refusing to fill the prescription from my dentist! She said I have already had prescriptions and called my dentist to see if I was legit! FIRST OF ALL I dont take medicine like that...second we are talking NORCO 5/ 3.25 so the weakest pain meds out there and the only reason for those is because I have low kidney function and it cant do over the counter stuff. I have to have a root canal tomorrow and the pharmacy is telling me too get a new prescription AFTER the surgery! I DON'T UNDERSTAND! Why can't my meds be waiting for me when I get home? I am SUPER FRUSTRATED This is why black women don't smile I swear! I am a BLACK woman and I am TIRED of fighting to be heard ESPECIALLY when it comes to my health! Its like the assumption is that my REAL pain must be exaggerated! Like WHAT?! This is disturbing! I shouldn't have to sit on ANY pain if it is not necessary.Now when I snap or "go off" I AM A PROBLEM PATIENT?! You can visibly SEE that my face is swollen and infected. Inserting pics Update: ended up having to go down the street to Walgreens! CVS refused to fill..I was in so much pain that I couldn't ask why...but to give some insight the pharmacy tech said "Have a good night!" As I sobbed in pain! There really should be a class action suit against these practices! Walgreens filled it in 15minutes!

    This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I have waited in line for 30+ mins every time I use the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. To add insult to injury, the women in the pharmacy are extremely rude and unprofessional. Their bias and racism bleed through their eyes and energy so heavily. They assume you can't pay a few dollars based upon how you look when in reality, you're making more money than them. Money aside, they should treat all customers equally. Outside of this issue, I get notifications stating my prescriptions are ready and then wait in the long lines mentioned to only be told the medication isn't in stock or they haven't actually filled it yet and I will need to return. Last night the woman in the photos told me my prescription wasn't covered and told me to call my insurance company. She never once told me about much the prescription cost was. She sent another woman to the window and then a man. The man finally told me that the prescription that was not ready was only $6. Can you imagine dealing with this ignorance regularly? They need an entirely new staff.

    Terrible service, dirty, no self check out. 5/2/2025 checkout attendant walked away when we approached the counter. Rude.

The team is going as fast as they can, but the demand is high. Corporate really needs to add staff and more registers. Better yet, build a drive thru. It would have taken just a few seconds. However, the doors were already locked, and when I asked if I could quickly go in, the employee responded in a rather rude manner, saying that the store was already closed. What made this experience more frustrating is that I had a completely different experience at another CVS nearby. I arrived there around five minutes before closing (or right at closing time), and a staff member let me in without any issue. I was able to withdraw cash and leave before the store officially closed. I believe situations like this depend heavily on the staff, and management should address this inconsistency. Customer service and clear, consistent standards are especially important for a large retail chain like CVS.

So the last time I was here was just a couple of months ago and my card was stamped and I'm on my way to getting my fifth stamp. Well for today when I gave the pharmacy personnel the card to be stamped to count toward my next $50 gift card the response was oh no that program's been over for a year. I explained to the person working and the pharmacist on duty at that time that it hasn't been over for a year because I just had it stamped about 3 months ago when I got my last prescription filled. The girl at the checkout counter kept on and on about no done now it's over for a year and mentioned something about 20% off replacing it blah blah blah and then said I could talk to the manager John. So I said well they're not going to know that I have my purchase because you didn't stamp my card and her response was you have the receipt so they're going to know that you got it today and I said okay and I they said just go talk to John okay so I'm going to go talk to John the manager. I go over to customer service to ask for John the manager and I am told that John is not the manager of the store John is the manager of the pharmacy and he's not here today. So now I'm clearly not happy that the two workers at the pharmacy clearly sent me over to the manager John assuming it's the store manager to customer service which she said yes go over there only to find out John is not the store manager he works at the pharmacy and John's not even working today. And can I go back and talk to the girls at the pharmacy no I cannot because they closed at 5:00 p.m. which is precisely the time that I went over to where they sent me to find non-existent store manager John. So that's my one star review I don't appreciate the runaround the lack of knowledge and the total argumentative attitude that the pharmacy clerk had about a program I was approached by Pavilions to join. A simple John is the pharmacy manager and he is not here today but when he comes in tomorrow you can call him and discuss it with him or come back in instead of sending me across the store full well knowing there is no John the store manager. This should have been handled differently. I am unhappy. Maybe I won't use this place again if that is how customers are treated.

I continued shopping, but eventually had to step out briefly to use the restroom at Ralph's. When I returned, all of my items had been removed, and I had to start my shopping over from scratch. This added a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Clear communication and better customer consideration would have made a big difference. I wouldn't recommend this location. They could have admitted "Yes, i apologize.." would have been more polite. Not only that I peed myself a little since I have stomach problems.

I thought maybe Walgreens might have it. Walked in yesterday, and no greeting until I approached the gentlemen in the photo area, and he said whatever that they had was in that section. Small selection in their Christmas decorations/ornaments isle. Couldn't find any type of Santa Claus. I guess Santa is still stuck in the North Pole. They were about to close, so I browsed the isles to see if I could find anything else. I got 2 beautiful, festive, Christmas oval shaped paper plates that came in count of 8 in each pack. Was on sale for $2.39 for each pack. Original price was $4.78. So I grabbed them. Also, got 2 Twix candy bars. Was also on sale; 2 for $2.50. Opened one and inhaled it w/out chewing first:-)) not joking! Employees were tired, I guess it was the end of their day, and they were in a hurry to go home. Raven was my cashier, rang me up, and I was the last customer to leave the store. They close at 10pm. Store was clean, except the bathroom. Toilet was not flushed, small little toilet papers were here and there, and the trash was pretty full. All of the isles were nicely stocked, items facing us, and a lot of sale items for the Holidays. Plenty of parking spaces.

    I have been a Walgreens customer for years and never had serious issues until I started using this…read morelocation. This pharmacy has been consistently unreliable and has created problems that directly affect my health. After moving from the OC to the SFV, I chose this Walgreens because it is the closest major pharmacy to my home. I have two prescriptions, and almost every single time, they are "not in stock." Worse, they dispensed one of my medications incorrectly, giving me two 50 mg pills daily instead of one 100 mg, and then billed my insurance as though it was correct. Because of their mistake, I am now missing a refill and have to go back to my doctor for a new prescription. I am currently without the necessary medication because of this location's incompetence. This is not an isolated issue. Other Yelp reviewers have reported similar problems. Even the Arleta Walgreens, where this location sent me because of their stock issues, could not fill the prescription because of the error made here. Their staff made it clear they were unhappy with the mess they had to deal with. If you care about accuracy, reliability, or basic competence, do not trust this pharmacy with your medications. Go elsewhere.
