Unfortunately, I was left walking with a severe limp and I'm only able to use one hand. When I went in to pick my order up, I explained to the person working that I only have use of one hand and would either need help bringing my order to my car or would need to bring each item out individually. Thankfully, they agreed to help me. This is the kind of customer service that makes me a repeat customer. If I had to struggle to carry each item out individually, I doubt I would ever shop there again. It's just too hard for me to manage more than one item. Thank you to BevMo for great customer service!

My first experience here was positive; however, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted, which initially did not concern me. However, I became increasingly uncomfortable when the cashier began continuously staring at me. It was not an occasional glance -- he watched me the entire time I was in the tequila aisle. He may have been the same chunky cashier referenced in a previous 1 star review. Even when another customer called for assistance, he only looked away momentarily before returning his attention to me and monitoring my every movement. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. To anyone considering patronizing this establishment, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Racism and discriminatory behavior should never be tolerated.
