I DO NOT recommend this store, I went in and was being charged for extra items, one item was charged 4 times and two other items as well. I was on the phone when I came in so perhaps she didn't think I'd notice. I told her and "Soni " the woman who was working said "the scanner does that sometimes" ...so then I was there longer getting it fixed. If a scanner does that, shouldn't it be fixed? Also a bag here is 25 cents. I rather time my business to a liquor store than this scamming 711. She didn't apologize just tried blaming the scanner system and that it scans and charges you for one item several times. That's when the cookie lady marked me. Never have I seen someone so persistent in their wares. I have been to car dealerships with less persistent salesmen. They should take note from the cookie lady. This cookie lady in the guise of a 7-11 employee, think her name tag said Sharon but I refuse to believe that's her real name. It's more like Sharonantamos the Cookie Benefactress: she firstly insisted on me giving her my phone number. For the 711 Rewards or whatever it's called. I don't care about that so I refuse. She insists. Fine. I punch in the number. Then the cookies incident began. "They're free, they're a fresh batch!" She says as I see on the till: my total go from $25 to $32. And also: I don't want these. I tell her as such. Politely but firmly: "no thank you I don't want the cookies." A wry smirk spread across her face. "But they're free!" She sneered with such cold resolve. "That's okay, I don't want them." I try to respond. What a fool I was. So naive to think I could so easily break the resolve of this woman. "But they're free!" By now I feel a cold sweat down the nape of my neck. There is a line of other poor schlubs forming a queue behind me. Though the sweat is probably also just from me having just come out of the gym. She takes a moment to help the guy behind me instead. Leaving me to contemplate my fate here. Despite me already having been ready and slid my card into the reader. Like a cat of prey toting with its food she let me breathe for but a moment. When she returned, she insisted once more with the cookies. I finally tell her: "I don't want the cookies! How many times do I have to say it? Please. Give them to the next person behind me." To which she just shrugged and at last, removed the cookies from the till count. Bringing my total back down from $32 to $25. At last. I am free. Also they were red velvet. I don't care for those. But at last, I was freed from her clutches. My booze in hand. I came in wanting to buy 2 hot dogs and while waiting, a Spanish speaking older mid aged lady alluded to me "just taking a gander at the hot dogs" and it seemed like a supervisor (shorter Latino mid aged man) was annoyed that he had to help me because he was "counting" his inventory. My least favorite 711 in my area. Seems coffee is never fresh but if you say something they will brew a new pot. ( but who had time for that?) There coffee additions however are better than the other 2 in the area. Including the extra shots of caffeine and mini marshmallows which love. The store is set up really odd. They share a parking lot with BAC Gym, Bellaj Banquet Center and I believe a tanning salon and laundry mat. Parking is minimal and nights the banquet center is going it is even more difficult. Staff is not very friendly. I've walked inn more times than not, without being greeted. They are slow and just don't seem to like their jobs. It's not terrible but even though it's the closest I drive the extra couple blocks to go to the one on Hollywood Way and Burbank. They also seem to run out (or not order) the basics like milk and eggs. It's so frustrating. read more

Lots of street frontages on both Hollywood Way and Victory. You can't miss it when you drive by. The Service: Staffs are very nice and efficient. Always keep the store organized. I usually go to this store at least once a week, but after today never again. All I did was walk in and the guy just puts down a fan on the floor infront of me and with a pissed off attitude and told me "Excuse me (shoots me a sneer) I just mopped in here!" As she got in the car she patted her jean pockets and realized she left her phone. I have been coming to this 7-Eleven since it's opened since I live in the area now the employee that happened to be working today on 12/24/2016 at 3:30 this afternoon was not only rude and unprofessional but when I asked for help not only did he ignore my request for help but when I asked if I could get change after a transaction he didn't ask how a I was paying or two if I would like cash and when I corrected him after I had already slid my debit he yelled at me and as I calmly explained what I was trying to do he yelled at me like I was a child and when I just decided to walk away instead of continuing to argue with this man he yelled after you fucking idiot ?! Are you serious? What kind of customer service is this and on a holiday ? No im sorry I had to work on a holiday too and be away from my family but it is in no way how you treat a customer regardless of what you are going thru . When I turned around and asked what he said he said it again and closed the cash register making change fall onto the floor!! Ive been a regular customer and today purchased merchandise twice in this day. I bought pizza with other items and never got napkins. Went bavk third time to buy drinks and picked napkins out of dispenser that was full and i got a handful. Hispanic eorker slraying all around me this aweful aerosol spray stated not to take so many napkins in a nasty rude tone. Nevermind my nose was burning from the spray he sprayed all around me at body level. Its on record on cam for owner. I couldnt take it and dropped napkins snd stated i would have paid for them if it was such an issue. Humiliating customer bad business.
