Then I was told that insurance companies were "squeezing" them on pricing so I had to pay the difference between what insurance would pay and the profit they wanted. Finally they added a $30 "surcharge" to every visit. I finally had it after I picked up 2 prescriptions and the total was over $100! They also have inexperienced counter help who were unable to answer any questions and simply handed me a piece of paper that said the insurance companies were to blame. The last time the employee refused to help me, went into the back through the pharmacy and allowed a customer to play his phone on speaker and record my HIPAA protected health information.
