I went to pay and it was regular price. I informed Sighn to please take it off because that's false advertisement. He would not honor the buy one get one and I ended up paying regular price. I asked him if he could please remove that because it's false advertisement and he said that he would I came today and they were still there. This is two weeks later. Not only that when I went to go pay for the water I bought he put HIS phone number in the 7-Eleven app and try to steal my Points. I said why did you do that? I want my points he said I'm sorry I already scan my number and he wanted me to pay I said no I want my points so this gentleman is very shady. This 7-Eleven is very shady. Be careful what you buy. Check your prices and watch out for this guy. I don't like funny acting individuals so I'm putting him on blast, write him up or get somebody new. Maybe this is the way this franchise owner runs business. He is bad for business! This is bad for business.

I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

A nice guy came to help, but he doesn't work in the bakery, so he didn't know how to box up my cake or ring it up. He calls a manager over to finally box up the cake and ring it up. The cake itself turned out really good. Light sponge with fresh strawberries. A bit on the sweet side. The design turned out even better than the picture (see my pics). The writing was accurate, so no complaints here. I find out that the bakery is short staffed. They leave at 1pm, and they are trying to hire someone for the afternoon shift. I would order from them again, but will come before 1pm.

I think the owner got offended with me opening up the doors because he knew I would check in dates on the craft beer. Domestic beers were perfectly fine in regard to the dates. In a short amount of time, the owner came up to me and asked if he can help me. I said no, I was just looking. He said well, you keep opening up the doors. It was clear they didn't want my business, and honestly, with that attitude, I wouldn't want to give it to them anyway.

Time and again, their customer service has been extremely poor, yet I continued giving them my business--my mistake, in hindsight. Most recently, I forgot to buy one item, so when I went back to purchase it, they said I would have to buy it separately and that they would charge me extra for credit card fees. I even requested that they refund the first item so I could just buy both items together, but they completely refused to accommodate this reasonable solution. Basically, they said I have no option that I could not return the item and I could not purchase the items together, and I was absolutely left with no choice to get a resolution on this. The person simply refused to do anything. When I finally told them that I would no longer be giving them my business, their response was simply, "Good for me." That sums up the level of customer service you can expect here. Be very careful when shopping here--Central Liquor under this new management seems unwilling to work with customers in any way. Clearly, this is evident in all their reviews, and I'm sure other customers have experienced worse!

They throw receipts at you, they refuse to exchange winning lottery tickets, they lock up in the middle of the day randomly without notice for hours, and they are just not worth the trouble anymore. I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes to go somewhere else. Stay away from this place if you can help it. They are despicable.

I called this afternoon and asked a guy if they had 2 particular types of cough/cold medicine, he went to check, came back and said "YES we have both". I arrived expecting to purchase the particular medicine (within 10 minutes), only to see that the entire shelf was empty of the product (one of the others I asked about was on the shelf). I understand that during sickly season, certain popular flu & other symptom products go quickly, but I would at least like to know it without wasting the time that could have been spent calling up other drug stores. If it was in short supply, the kid who answered the phone (who needs basic customer interaction training) could have advised me that it was in very short supply if there were few of the product available. This particular CVS Pharmacy has had past "issues" with regard to customer service and lack of products that I needed more than half the time, and they could use lots of improvement. Assistance with product locating is lacking, and far behind other retail drug stores for the most part. I stopped using the Pharmacy last year because of "other issues". Because I live just within "minutes" of this store, I generally make it my first choice, but I think it's time to go the extra few miles from this point forward for far better service and supplies of the basic products that I'm generally in need of for my condition(s). Maybe Larry J. Merlo (Corporate Governance - Biography) should start working to go on "Undercover Boss", or "Drug Store Stakeout" because he/she could find LOTS of issues. read more

This pharmacy takes the cake it's a completely shit stop literally. All the bums are always just in front with dogs, drugs, anything you can think you can see on the episode of CVS and bums. It's like they can't keep that area free of sketchy ass characters. The employees have the nerve to also treat everyone like they are stealing or doing something shady instead of giving that same energy to those bums that they can't move out from in front of their business. Every time I've gone here it was bad, I recollect the worst experience was an asian male short employee and he was just like high or completely drunk out of his mind. He was being so touchy and weird, I literally had to report him. Also that won't go anywhere in this store. Hopefully they either move this store of that area and relocate or rehire. Pharmacy is also another issue you are going there to pick up prescribed medication forget about it consultation, this and that doing way too much. Grateful in every way during the pandemic and now endemic for their services during a time of supply chain shortages, they somehow got in our Rx! Another Health Care Provider that watched over us, and was there to help. The shop is clean, orderly and never see our bag of Rx stacked on the floors like other Corporate pharmacies. This is a lie; the truth is that the non-pharmacist staff cannot give out the medication when the pharmacist is not present. It would be nice if they would just be honest. There was no apology for the delay and the pharmacist break times are not listed apart from the lunch break. There usually are no greetings like "Hello" or "Have a nice day" or "Thanks for doing business with us". There is rarely a smile. I go to this pharmacy only because it is the only one left in my neighborhood.

I've had so many nightmare experiences with them all, but CVS is the worst. I've lost count of how many times that I waited on hold or waited in person in their horribly long lines. Three different times in one month CVS texted me that my prescriptions were ready and after I waited in line forever, the person at the counter told me that they actually weren't ready, so I'd have to wait even longer! Unbelievable! I've actually stood in line for nearly an hour on several occasions and watched the workers at CVS -- more than six, not counting the pharmacist -- ignore the ringing telephone for exactly 30 minutes before one person would answer it, then they would ignore the next few calls again for another 30 minutes. Infuriating! Now you know why nobody ever answers the phone when you call. I was so fed up, I went on a mission to try every other pharmacy in the East Bay until I found one that had better customer service. CapSmart was the winner, hands down. CapSmart on Mowry is a hidden gem -- a small business that's family owned and operated and has flawless customer service and competitive prices (they will price match other pharmacies if you ask!). When they text me that my prescriptions are ready, they're ALWAYS ready! And if I choose to pick up in person, I never have to wait longer than five minutes. The workers are super fast and so friendly and professional! I hope everyone switches to CapSmart and puts those other terrible pharmacies out of business.
