Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

I was told I needed to come back in 10 minutes because the pharmacist needed a consultation on one of the medications. Each person in line was told the same thing. This is a lie; the truth is that the non-pharmacist staff cannot give out the medication when the pharmacist is not present. It would be nice if they would just be honest. There was no apology for the delay and the pharmacist break times are not listed apart from the lunch break. There usually are no greetings like "Hello" or "Have a nice day" or "Thanks for doing business with us". There is rarely a smile. I go to this pharmacy only because it is the only one left in my neighborhood.

He / she is very capably and efficient. But the line is still very long . CVS has changed their phone system to leave a voice mail only and they will call you back as soon as possible . That may take 1/2 day . One time my dentist needs to call and inquire about my antibiotics prescription. She was on hold for 10 minutes . I tried to call my self and no options for me to talk to a live person . Unless I drive down the and wait at the RX counter .After that incident, I consider to fill my prescription else where . With reduced hours of operation and a phone service that blocks you from reaching the team members, how are people going to get service, get their medication, get their shots. Go ask them, I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy says the front has the key. Go. Ask them, I stayed it to the lady. They told me the same thing you said she looked at me. And said, the restrooms are broken. I said both of them, she says, yes. She lied to me flat out, lied to me all because she could not be bothered to help a customer. These pharmacies are closing down all over California, and these are the reasons why? Because they hire bad employees that will not help customers and do not put customers first.
