Worst pharmacy in all of the state . They tell you your meds weren't called in when they were . Then I've counted my meds when received only to find im 8 or 9 pills short . When you put a bad review on there site they have it removed . Totally corrupt pharmacy that has constant complaints . Don't go to this pharmacy!!! read more

I have been a customer for 11 years. I went to pick up a prescription and I was told I couldn't pay the cash price for a prescription. I was told their new pharmacy manager Shannon wants everyone to use their insurance instead of paying the cash price. I was denied picking up medication because I wanted to pay the cash price for my medication. I called to try to pick it up and went to the pharmacy. I was told the same reason by 2 different pharmacy workers. I have never heard of not being able to pay the cash price for medication. read more

I asked for my medications to be delivered, I paid for delivery. A message arrived on my cell phone saying that my medications were delivered. Nobody showed up to hand me over. I called CVS and they asked me to contact the delivery guy. I refused and went down to CVS so they could fix the problem. I found my medications thrown in front of the building. read more

I've recently become more of a CVS shopper because they offer great coupons if you sign up for their rewards. At this location however, something has to be done about the parking! There needs to be some CVS only spots because every time I go the lot is full but CVS is empty and I've seen people park here and then walk over to the hospital. Another problem is they plow all the snow into like 3 or 4 parking spots close to the entrance so in the winter there is even less parking. Today I had to park on like half a snowbank and I was still a few rows away from the store. Convenience for customers is so important! read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with and I've lived in four different states. Everything is poorly automated so communication, while intended to be robust, is actually just a time-sink. If I can give them a "0" I will. This pharmacy is just across SNH hospital and they had guts to supply an expired speciality medicine to me. I was required to take this medicine within 3hrs when I found it was an expired one. The worst part is you cannot get this medicine in pharmacy stores. It should be ordered through specialty pharmacy and is limited in stock. To top it up they had an expired medicine in stock for 3 months as expiration listed was Oct 2017. Why on earth would you even stock an expired medicine answer was this came from pharmacy in Boston. For god sake, I bought this from your store, I don't care where on earth you got it from. CVS has been my pharmacy and I blindly trust them, thank god my eye caught the expiry. Lesson learnt - check the expiry of everything you buy from anywhere. I mean, I got my prescription so I guess that's good, but I definitely won't be back. I went very early in the morning after leaving the hospital ER with a prescription to fill. Being told this place was 24 hours I figured it'd be my best bet. I waited kinda long to even be acknowledged at the counter and after that the pharmacist was kinda rude. I'm not expecting them to know every ailment that I'm having (migraines) but I came here at 4:30am with a script from the hospital in the same parking lot. The pharmacist was banging so loudly on the key board, like unnecessarily loud...like he was mad at it. After a few minutes of his banging I finally had to walk away, leaving my husband to finish for me as I was going to be ill if I had to listen to him bang on the keyboard any longer. For some reason, out of all of the pharmacies downtown, this one seems to attract the most interesting late night clientele. I went in to get a prescription around 8pm last week, and the parking lot was full. There were so many people in the store, who drove, walked, rode bikes etc (I may want to mention it was pouring rain that night). The pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful, however, this place is just scary. It seems to not have been updated in quite some time, is teeming with people chain smoking cigarettes right at the front door, and it seemed like people were just hanging out inside. Not sure that many places would ask people to leave... but in order to keep up with the new Walgreens and other 24/7 pharmacies going up in downtown Nashua, they may want to rethink their strategy. Heck, they may do tons of business with the hospitals and not care... I don't know... read more

Had to make a pit stop to get halloween last minute gear before an early party. This cvs was on our way and easily accessible. In one of the busier strip malls on Main St, this is one of the not so big of the many CVSs that we are used to in bigger cities. But I was pleasantly surprised to see how well organized it was. All the aisles were very well organized. And the store was reasonably decorated with Halloween goodies. Not too over done but good enough to keep the spirits going. The staff at the checkout was very helpful and courteous. On checking upon our purchases, the kind woman even offered to give some handy tips on how to best use some of the things we got. For a Saturday afternoon, the place was quite busy but the efficient staff kept things rolling. Great job! read more

Pros: open 24 hours which is helpful when I need to make a midnight cough medicine run. And that's about it. Cons: weird, creepy salespeople, weirder, creepier clientele (and that's in the daylight). It's downright terrifying to go here at night, and I've unfortunately had to venture here on many occasions. Teenagers and homeless people hang out at the front door soliciting for money and such. Apparently CVS or the police who circle the parking lot can't be bothered to do anything. Overpriced and no real variety of over the counter meds. It's 24 hours and on main street so convince out weighs inconvenience here. read more

What a train-wreck. They are pretty consistent at a) getting things wrong and b) bugging you about prescriptions they think they filled for you that you never ordered. Sadly, I have also been using them for one of my cat's meds and each time I have to pick-up a refill we go through a whole rigamarole because he doesn't have a birthdate in their system. (I guess I should make one up). Seriously, I have been using them as a "backup" pharmacy since I typically do everything on-line but I'm going to move things to somewhere else - just have zero trust in them after the THIRD such incident. read more

I've lived in different states and whoever the female associate or pharmacy technician who answers the phone at this CVS Main St Nashua branch is the rudest I've talked to so far. This is the first time I gave someone or a business a bad review because I've always believed in giving people the benefit of the doubt but this pharmacy technician is so rude and unprofessional she even slammed the phone after me thanking her. I wish i know her name but she wouldn't say her name everytime she answers calls. I've been very polite to her everytime I call and I was just asking about my thyroid medications. I'm sorry to say this but with so many people unemployed currently , there's other people more deserving to have a job than her. It just ruins the image of the company. They made three mistakes on my prescription, instead of correcting any of them, never mind giving me my full refill, I was instructed to 'drive around so we can help other people' this is at rush hour and they're in a terrible location, I decided to go it, instead of bothering to talk to me herself the pharmacist who couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact with me sent over another junior technician, the same trick she did at the window. This is not a narcotic prescription, they read 5/5 ml to mg as the dose (even though they put the disease at 30ml a day) and so gave me 180 ml for a month. Not just terrible human interactions, make sure to double or triple check what they fill. If they shorted me, they might overdose the next person. There is a bunch of other CVS, avoid this one if you want to trust what your doctor prescribes. read more

I just went in here to get a photo ID for a game operator license and the service was so terrible I'm never coming back. It took three people just to get a picture taken... then after all three of them figured it out they said to me, "Oh yeah, your total is going to be $13.99. Been trying to pickup my medication for over a week now. Pharmacy is a mess. They didn't have me in their system for the first two times I went there. Third time got that settled but had to order the medication. Fourth time had my medication and me in the system but couldn't give me the medication because I went to pick it up the day after they got it. I haven't had it for a week because of them. read more

Living downtown, this is the closest CVS to me and while it seems to be just like any other CVS, I believe it has mystical properties. It seems to attract some of the most bizarre people in the area as if it were the only store to buy anything. The pharmacy counter always seems to be a line of people that have never gotten a prescription there before, perhaps they've never been sick or just need to get some check-ins for Yelp...who knows. CVS's price for a prescription for my pet cat was $142.00 for 28 pills of Fluconazole 50 mg. I knew the price was outrageous. I called Hannaford Pharmacy, it was only $21.00. This is the only business downtown that couldn't be bothered to shovel their sidewalk before the huge Holiday Stroll. Their insurance company must love the liabilities they expose themselves to through their extreme laziness. CVS is so expensive. I went there for baby wipes in a rush, place is sketchy. Got CVS brand wipes for $3.29 opened them and we're basically dry and the shittiest wipes, Dollar Tree could of been better. So, spent 2x the price than could of got my usual Pampers at Walmart. Also, it smells like pee when you walk into this CVS and it's always packed. Customers just lounging inside catching up with friends about their entire life, blocking shoppers. read more

Don't go here if you can help it!!! Especially the pharmacy absolutely the most inept personnel I have interactive with ever. Every time I go to get a prescription filled at the main street location there's o always is an issue Most of the "techs" can't spell my last name they have to ask 3 times before they get it right FYI its an easy name to spell. Or they tell my insurance is invalid the time they told my insurance was invalid was because they had put in the wrong birth date. Today was the last straw! My second attempt to pick up my prescription the tech at the register says I don't have anything for you. She sends me to the drop off window I tell them it's 2nd time here in 6 days I went in on Monday to request called on Wednesday to see if it was ready never did,anyone tell me there was an issue go to pick it up today on way out of town for them to tell me the insurance rejected it I asked why didn't anyone call me to let me know there was a problem? No answer they just looked at me I was like okay I will pay out pocket for it no response again .
