My daughter had a 9:00AM appointment this morning for her 20 month old suspected of having an ear infection. When she got there, the dr told her she had been double booked and her appointment had been cx. The other 9 o'clock appointment was not even there yet and she asked them if they could just look in her ear They told her absolutely not and they were booked up all day and she needed to go to urgent care. She said in the time that it took this Dr to argue with her he could've looked in her child's ear and seeing that there was an ear infection it all could've been done before the next appointment even came. She ended up going to a different CVS and was literally in and out in five minutes. Horrible customer service. We have gone to this CVS many times for their MinuteClinic and today was our last. read more

The service is almost dismal. Have to holler to get help at the front register, but pharmacy is excellent with the drive-thru

I've never had a complaint with this CVS although I had a very negative experience with the manager Sagar today. My one hour print order was not ready within 3 hours. Zero empathy, said he never got the order and tried to reboot the computer but never talked to me about what he was doing. I suggested canceling the order or calling a help number and he said I needed to do those things. Poor customer service and would not recommend the photo department at this CVS. read more

This cvs is the has the most abysmal staff , the most blasé inept pharmacists I have ever encountered at a cvs. I wouldve omitted the fact they left my 85 year old grandmother standing at the counter of an empty pharmacy for 20 minutes while four workers were behind the counter. We were trying to refill a life saving medical device for my grandmother, we were told that it was too early and that was fair enough but I absolutely cannot understand her disgusting attitude when asked if there was anything that could be done she sarcastically looked at us while continuously pressing the enter button saying the vacation override wasn't working. Absolutely disgusting attitude on display for this establishment not even the most basic customer service skills are present here. I always recommend using your local small pharmacist instead of these big box brands because they are just plain terrible. read more

This is my CVS normal pharmacy although I have gone to other locations. I came in today to buy a blood pressure cuff/machine. The one I had that I bought from CVS broke, and I had it in my hand when I walked in. As I was looking through new blood pressure machines, I overheard a man asking several patrons how he could help. I thought it was nice. He came by me and I said yes I could use some help as well. Turned out to be the manager of the store. I didn't realize that some of the CVS brands have warranties on them. I ended up getting a free replacement because this wonderful manager helped me. All I needed was his advice on which one to purchase. What a nice surprise. I never got the managers name but I hope this review finds its way to him and his staff. The store is always clean. Other than pharmacy stuff, they have a photo lab that I've used in the past as well. Everyone seems very friendly. I do hope you'll come visit the store and make it yours. I really appreciated the customer service that I received. read more

By far the most unprofessional, rude and chaotic run pharmacies I've ever used. The rudest pharmacist we've experienced. She literally walked away in the middle of a conversation, lied about calling us, lied to my Dr's office, blamed anything and anyone else for her or their incompetence, no accountability at all. I was told this pharmacist is a floater, but every time we come here it's the same rudeness. Go to Kroger, drive to a different CVS, but don't go here. read more

I've never seen a lazier CVS in my life. If I wanted to use the self checkout every time I visited, then I wouldn't stand at the checkout station for service. If this company wants everyone, including their customers to rely solely on the self check-out, then you'd think they would invest in a decent system instead of leaving several people in line while letting employees prioritize reshelving over customer service. read more

I have been using north main St cvs for 5-6 years but am over it. They did help find better savings when our insurance failed coverage and the primary pharmacist is polite. However lately they are too busy to manage a drive through, and who allows drive through vaccination anyways, they are rude, rushed, and hangup deliberately on long holds. Luckily I went in person and found I do not need to deal with cvs anymore. I'm in the process of fully moving to Publix Haynes bridge which is great but only no drive through. Heard cvs to lose 1000 stores in 2022 it's not hard to know why. read more

I was just told I was not allowed to hold the pack of cigars that I planned on purchasing. The associate said "I'm not accusing you of nothing, but you know what could happen" I wasn't sure if she was referring to me running out of the store to my getaway minivan or cancer. I love this CVS! This review is soley based on my experience with the pharmacy, as I don't really shop in the store for much. However, the pharmacy staff is great! They really go above and beyond to help their customers, and I so appreciate that! One time, they didn't have a medication in stock that my son was prescribed. The tech called over 15 other CVS's to see if any of them had it, and then started calling other pharmacies as well, eventually sending me to a local Publix. They usually have everything in stock, but this was an exception since it was for a 2 month old baby and a rare medication. Anyway, I highly recommend this location if you need a new pharmacy. read more

This place never seems to have anyone at the counter. Ever. I'm not sure if they're constantly understaffed or if they just have no idea someone should be at or near the register at all times. The pharmacy however. Great. But I always use the drive thru. read more

1 star is too much. The pharmacists are rude and unhelpful, however least of my worries. Considering this place calls itself a PHARMACY it should know a thing or two about hygiene. Wrong! There was feces and urine smeared all over the bathroom. On the toilet seats, on the ground, on the wall, and on the stall doors. So disgusting! I was so appalled that I told the cashier who proceeded to let me know it was his second day. So because you have only worked here two days every woman has to sit on a feces covered toilet seat to use the facilities? read more

This CVS staff is one of the best I have ever experienced. A young man named Cullen Roberts in the staff made my day. Having a long day of throwing rounds of overwatch and it made me upset. I was looking for a product that had that could house 8in. Also, I needed a large amount of Monster energy to play symmetra at the real top tier gameplay I could produce. The friendly staff the wafting aroma of dubby in air really made me feel at home. 10/10 read more
