My experience is always just the opposite of many of the reviews. I find this Publix super relaxed, and most everyone is super friendly and helpful. People in FL love Publix, but to be honest I'm indifferent. I just find the selection OK, and prices are more expensive than at other stores for a similar or same product. Their private label line doesn't stand out. Conversely, other stores such as TJs rely almost 100% on their private label and they have succeeded (selection, quality and price wise). All in all, it's not a bad store, just OK. It's my place to go for a last minute thing. After all, it is super convenient having a grocery store just a few blocks away from home.

The escalator is steps away from the parking lot to take you right down to the inside of the store where the carts are waiting for you. There is also street parking. Next door is Wells Fargo for your convenience. I don't live close by anymore but whenever I'm in the Edgewater area, I like to stop in. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their prices tend to be on the high side.

You can immediately tell they genuinely care--not just about filling prescriptions, but about the person behind them. That level of attention and integrity is rare. In a world of chain pharmacies where you often feel like just another number, this pharmacy is the complete opposite. They go above and beyond every time, are incredibly knowledgeable, and always take the time to help without ever making you feel rushed. I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again. It can get confusing because this Pharmacy sells a lot of the same brands that Nordstrom does. They have a large variety of vitamins. There are no off brands or less than stellar quality brands here. She has set several meetings with me where I have blocked my schedule for her and she has no showed all of them. She is saying all I need is a 20 minute phone call with her to set up a Life File account, which I have used Life File for over five years now and I'm very familiar with it , yet she has not been able to in the last month take 20 minutes to take my phone call. I messaged them through their social media, received a fair quote given market conditions and had sanitizer, vitamins, and bulk (1 gallon) rubbing alcohol. I mostly dealt with Suail, and she was helpful in sourcing the products and ensuring everything was delivered. She also mentioned that they do compounding and "regular" prescriptions for both people and pets. Most importantly, they're a Local business.
