She kept getting messages saying they were ready for pickup. When I approached Donna politely to ask if my cards were ready, she immediately caught an attitude and asked, "Did you receive a message?" When she saw they were printed but not cut, she muttered under her breath, "You're not supposed to come until you receive a message that they are ready." Then she started slamming parts off the machine to change the cartridge that cuts the cards. After she changed it, the machine stopped cutting altogether -- probably because she was hitting and slamming it in frustration. It was clear she was angry that I came to get my cards, even though the system told us they were ready. I give respect to get respect. If you don't like dealing with customers, maybe it's time to find another job.

Like , say candy bar bags for Halloween- both Costco and Sams offer big bags but with different candies in it, and since I had both membership last year, got to choose what I wanted in my trick or treat bag. Or travel suitcases, snacks, or anything for that matter. Similar but different. They had a station where a guy was demonstrating his knife over a loud speaker. And then there were free sample of food being given out as well. Great stuff at good price.

They had black Santas throughout the store. Very inclusive, very nicely decorated. The pharmacy is 24 hours which is most helpful. Not sure why the rating is so low but this CVS is my go-to.
