Pretty decent size, not as big as the HEB Plus in Pearland but has pretty everything one expects from this Texan store- including something which said online that they carry while other HEB stores in the vicinity don't- Vegan Omega 3 capsules But - they actually didn't have it either :(. The summer flower pots look absolutely amazing. They had a mini rose pot for under $5. Got the car registration renewed at the Services desk. That is one more thing that can be done at HEB. Parking- that was tricky. There is plenty parking not that, something about the directions to park is weird and compact. Its not free flowing and spacious and for a driving 'expert' like me - a little challenging.... lol... well, that won't stop me from going there again if I need to.... like Vegan Omega 3 comes back in stock...! read more

I placed a curbside order and, after picking it up, parked in another spot to organize my groceries into reusable bags so they'd be easier to carry into my house. As I walked back to my car, I looked up and noticed a curbside employee standing there, leaning on a cart instead of helping the coworker who was actually loading another customer's groceries. She was watching me with a smile that made me feel uncomfortable. I was just minding my own business. I simply said, "Bye!" because I didn't know what else to say. As I got into my car, she and the other employee laughed together. I can't say for certain what they were laughing about, but after the way the interaction felt, it left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. As a Black woman, I couldn't ignore how uncomfortable it felt to have two white female employees standing there watching me while I was simply going about my business. I have no way of knowing what they were thinking or laughing about, but after the interaction, I left feeling singled out and judged. In the world we live in today, those dynamics matter, and perception matters in customer service. Every customer deserves to feel respected and welcome. Meanwhile, the Black male curbside employee who brought me my order was working hard, going back and forth to help customers, while the two white female employees seemed to have plenty of time to stand around. Seeing one employee focused on serving customers while the others appeared more interested in watching me only added to my frustration. I appreciate employees who take pride in their work, and I wish everyone at this location demonstrated that same level of professionalism and respect. This experience is frustrating because it's not just about this one interaction. I've also received expired and damaged items from this location on more than one occasion. The convenience of curbside shopping is great, but when you combine product quality issues with poor customer service, it becomes a headache instead of a convenience. I've actually driven to the Sienna H-E-B because the customer service there has been noticeably better. I'm not someone who only leaves negative reviews. I also make a point to recognize great employees and businesses when they deserve it. I just hope this location takes customer feedback seriously because no one should leave feeling uncomfortable after simply picking up their groceries. H-E-B has built its reputation on taking care of Texans, and I hope this location reflects those values by ensuring every customer is treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. read more

Got to love GEB- the amount of civic participation they have is awesome. I love their chocolate PECAN chewy cookies. I always look at the packaged date for the freshest because after about 2 days. The chewy goes away and you are left with just crunchy which I don't care for. So I don't know why I thought packaged date was baked day lol. It's the day the out it out. Most baked goods are delivered frozen- duh had no idea. Long review to say if you don't see your favorite out, they probably have it frozen. Just defrost on the counter for about an hour and they are perfect! read more

I love this new location! I'm technically closer to the Sienna one, but I drive just a little further to come here. You would think all HEBs are exactly alike and you'd be wrong. This one has excellent hot to meals, I'm addicted to the Mongolian beef bowl and it is overall a larger location. Also, there are a few products here and there that are different that I really like at this one too- so it's my go to now. read more

I would probably give HEB a four but this location has outdated food in the deli section. The date I went in was 07-08-2025. The food was marked down and the sale by date was 07-07-2025. The time was around 11:45 Central so I could be wrong but in my opinion the food should have been thrown away. I went and got myself some sushi and chicken tenders for my ride back to Dallas.The sushi was good. The chicken tenders not so much. I also did a little light shopping and all I could think about was, I am also a little upset still with HEB for giving us in the Oakcliff/Duncanville Sector in Dallas a Joe V and not an actual HEB. I promise we can afford an HEB. Anyway, I love the location because my brother lives in Pearland, and my close friend lives in Manvel. The location has some great selections. This is the newest HEB in my part of town. It's a little further out than the Pearland locations from my house, but not by too much. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in on an weekday evening. This location is completely different from the Pearland location in the absolute best ways. What I mean by that is that is not complete chaos. The Business Center location off 288 is pure pandemonium no matter when you go. The Pearland Parkway location is small and congested. This location is just peaceful compared to the other two. They share a lot with other businesses but parking was easy and I didn't feel like I was dodging cars in every directions. Inside it's slightly smaller than the Business Center location, but bigger than the Pearland Parkway location. It still felt very spacious. The aisles seem more spacious and there's not traffic jams. They have a really well organized Meal Simple area. All the checkout counters were up and running and the staff here is very nice and friendly. I might start driving out of my way to come here just for a more peaceful grocery shopping experience! read more

When we moved to the pearland area, we were so happy this new H‑E‑B opened right on time! It's become our weekly H‑E‑B and no complaints. It's very large compared to the H‑E‑Bs inside the loop. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The parking lot is huge and this H‑E‑B is within a huge plaza with other businesses. They also have a barbecue "restaurant" connected to the H‑E‑B- pretty cool! read more

The Cashiers here are young and tend to have attitudes and speak unprofessionally to customers as well as commune with fellow associates in front of customers as if they are on break, also decide to clean bathrooms around 8:00 when an influx of their customers need to use the restroom while taking there time making customers wait to use the restrooms. Also the management seems to allow their subordinates to do as they please. It'll be long lines and associate watching the few cashiers checkout everyone and not assist. Just seems like a high school type work force at this one. I usually like HEB , however no one like when cashiers are rude to customers as if they are entitled to not be professional if they don't feel like it at the time. Would really like to see who I need to speak to about fixing the environment there. read more

(I previously reviewed this H‑E‑B shortly after the grand opening. I was the 2nd person to review and I had taken a bunch of nice photos with the banner and the flags and the picture-perfect interior... but for some reason, that disappeared.) I have to say, I love this new H‑E‑B. It is a further drive for us but I like it more than the Pearland Business Center location, so we come here when I have a little extra time. The interior is great, crisp and new! Products needed have been in stock. This location actually offers a few products that the Business Center does not such a organic whole milk plain kefir (the other only offers the low fat version and the flavored ones.) Staff are always friendly and helpful. The only negative is that their clearance rack prices are still outrageous. I LOVE checking out clearance racks every where I go. Checked out the one here and the prices are still too high. I mean, if they want to get RID of damaged products, they need to drop the price more than like 50 cents. So excited to see how the rest of the Town Center comes together but this is H‑E‑B is a great Anchor store to start. read more

I LOVE MY NEW HEB!! I do all my shopping here and I'm here all the time. You name they have it! It's the perfect size of store. No long lines. Restrooms are always clean. I will say I LOVE THE FLOWWR SHOP!! I have ordered floral arrangements and they have all been beautiful. I also buy flowers for my home on a regular basis. They always have a variety fresh flowers at great prices . The floral manager personally delivered the floral arrangement to a friend near by. Amazing customer service!! Absolutely love this HEB. Not only is it much closer to me than the others, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The cyrbside has covered parking so it's perfect for any weather. Their bakery is amazing. And the selection of prepared meals is HUGE! Let's not forget the fresh sushi and sushi Wednesdays. They made the cutest graduation cake for my daughter and every part was so customizable. I go here for my floral needs as well. Love my HEB. read more

I pick up my curbside order today after 4:00 and let me tell you the young lady who brought my items to my vehicle I believe her name tag had Jasmine on it she had curly hair. I remember her name cause it kind of stood out. She was the sweetest and most polite young person. I usually go inside to shops but decided to try out this curbside thing. HEB keep hiring wonderful young people like her cause she definitely makes a good impression. I am sold on this curbside thing it does make things easier! Kudos to her and you HEB read more

Bought wine that was on a special deal last 11/29/24 at 6pm. I asked assistance from one of HEB staff, Lauren. I was discriminated by her and was unapproachable. I was trying to explain to her the wine I bought has 10% discount as said on the shelf. Since I am Asian, she was implying that I didn't understand what was on the shelf and the amount was already deducted on the receipt. I went back to the wine aisle and saw Mr Logan who was kind enough to correct the price and told Lauren to give me a refund. I would have given HEB one star. Thanks to Mr Logan for attentively listening to my inquiry and kind enough to sort it out. That's costumer service. I suggest Lauren needs to attend another training for costumer service, specially in DEI. It matters . A lot!!! read more

Highly disappointed. I scheduled a pickup order at this location because my local HEB in Pearland didn't have any more availability for same day pickup, HUGE MISTAKE! When I picked up my groceries there was 5 items missing and the yogurt parfait and overnight oats all had gone bad like if they had been out of the refrigerator. I called and asked about the missing items and complained that the overnight oats and yogurt had gone bad and they said all the items I was missing and had gone bad would be re-shopped and I agreed. Fast forward to the next day when I pickup all the missing items, there are still items missing! Will not be back to this location at all. read more

Best H‑E‑B in town finally I have something close to my neighborhood! I Couldn't have asked for a better location

Very bad experience I had with the afternoon bakery staff. On Tuesday I called to make sure they could accommodate to my cake request. I was looking for a specific theme for my 2 year old and the female employee told me over the phone that they could do it if I printed the picture and took it to their location. I went the next day with the printed picture in hand. I waited for the 4 customers ahead of me to finish with their orders. Once it was my turn the female employee took my order and took the picture I had printed out and told me to go and pay for the cake. Paid for the cake and came back and that is when a male employee told me that they could not do my order since copy right was an issue. I understood the copy right issue but what had made me upset is the fact that he was not apologetic for his co-workers mistakes. He just rudely explain the copy right issue and after I told him what his coworker told me over the phone he gave me the excuse that she must have been new and did not know the rules. He proceeded with the following question if " I wanted the cake or not". Told him no and I expresses the fact that I wasted a good 25-30 min of my afternoon after a long day of work. Mindful that all of this could have been avoided if the employee over the phone was properly trained beforehand. Apparently the female employee was not properly trained as well as she took my order before the male employee rudely made me aware of the copy right issue. read more
