But the other day I was looking for a specific humidifier that was out of stock. Employee Kirsten was wonderful. She looked up the unit for me and told me which other stores had it in stock. It wasn't that urgent so I said I'd wait until their Thursday delivery. She took my name and told me she'd hold one at the front for me. She called me an hour later and said she had gone to another store and got one for me and it was waiting for me to pickup. Talk about stellar customer service!! She needs a raise!

A few days ago, I had a reason to stop by so I finally went to check it out. I was in a rush so I didn't get to walk around the whole store but what I did notice is that the environment felt significantly less hectic than a regular sized Walmart. The staff was friendly. The shopping experience was much better than other Walmarts that I've been to. I will go here again whenever I'm in the area.

I visited a local CVS store yesterday looking for one thing and one thing only: a Snuggie. I've…read morebeen on a Snuggie kick for awhile now and as much as a talked about them, I still didn't own one. The first place that popped into my head was CVS and I was relieved and happy to walk in and see them proudly on display in the front. They had a whole bunch of pink Snuggies and a few promoting college football teams but no other colors. I really wanted the generic standard blue color and after a quick tour of the store I was about to give up hope. My friend and I asked the cashier if they had any additional colors and she said they had a leopard print and a blue one in the back of the store. She went to the back and got it for me and I couldn't have been happier. We then spent probably 15 minutes discussing the Snuggie while she rang up my purchase. Awesome service! Because of that awesome cashier I am now writing this review from my laptop wearing my new cozy blue Snuggie. My favorite thing about CVS though is that there's a machine at the front of the store where you can scan your CVS card and it will print out all of the coupons available to you (including my favorite, the $5 off a purchase of $25 or more). I never keep my coupons and since I frequent CVS I like that I can print them out before I shop and save some extra cash.

If I were the manager I would have them stagger their lunches. Closing down even for 30 minutes is ridiculous. Some people have very tight schedules and don't have a lot of options. I am going to be changing that prescription to Walmart. At least they deliver.

When the pharmacist finally noticed me at the register with another staff member, she dismissively told me to check in on the pad, I explained I only needed allergy medicine she then walked away saying, 'Oh, well, you will just have to wait.' This was hands-down the worst pharmacy experience I've had--rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable. Avoid if you value basic customer service.
