We just switched to CVS for insurance reasons and so far so good, but the medication labels are a bit hard to read and I would much prefer text messages to Robo voicemails. But the other day I was looking for a specific humidifier that was out of stock. Employee Kirsten was wonderful. She looked up the unit for me and told me which other stores had it in stock. It wasn't that urgent so I said I'd wait until their Thursday delivery. She took my name and told me she'd hold one at the front for me. She called me an hour later and said she had gone to another store and got one for me and it was waiting for me to pickup. Talk about stellar customer service!! She needs a raise! read more

CVS Carepass is a CVS SCAM. They sign you up for Carepass without your knowledge and then refuse to give refunds for the illegitimate charges they made to your credit cards even though you did not sign up for or ever use the service. read more

Amber was super sweet and helpful. Even late at night she didn't mind helping!! I'll definitely be back

Ohhh my goodness... you think "drug store, pharmacy, people who are sick buying meds" and then think this place should be "clean and shiny." I had to use the restroom here and I was shocked at how filthy it was... I had to enter through the pharmacy door with a code so I'm assuming the employees use this restroom as well. I could not even bring myself to use the toilet- it was so disgustingly dirty- urine on the floor and I can't even give a description of the toilet- it was THAT BAD! I honestly didn't want to touch anything. Even worse, I looked at the restroom cleaning schedule and saw that the bathroom had not been cleaned since November! Wow! As a medical professional, I find this unacceptable especially with the illnesses being spread every day- get it together CVS! I will definitely choose Walgreens in the future! Gross. read more

CVS Pharmacy - CVS hasn't cleaned the ladies room since November? Yeah, it shows! - Drugstores Near Me - League City, Texas

Ok so I occasionally go to CVS but not very often. This is the typical CVS with limited selection and not so good prices. Honestly unless I have something I saw in their ad for cheap I would never go in. This CVS is fine it is just that it is a CVS. Walgreen's is way better as far as selection and prices. read more

I used to really like this CVS. The previous pharmacist was so helpful. He would call us if he couldn't fill our son's prescription and ask if it was okay if he ordered it for us and one time he said he could find it in Baytown, did we want him to drive over there and get it? And he did. Sadly, he left. The current pharmacists will look in the back and say they have the prescription and then call you later and tell you, no, we don't have it, please call your doctor for another prescription order if you want us to order it. I don't really know why they can never order it from the prescription given to them but whatever. Thank goodness his doctor has it mailed to us now so we can avoid them. I have a CVS card so I am constantly getting coupon postcards from them. Most of them go in the garbage but I had one for $2 off two Snapple and since my kid likes those in his lunch went in today to use it. Long story short: Coupon wouldn't scan. Cashier asked me if that was really my coupon which offended me a bit because I don't make a habit of stealing people's mail. She cancelled the transaction and tried it again, didn't scan. She called the manager, he did not come up front but told her over the phone he would not come honor the coupon. So there. Needless to say no Snapple for my kid this week. Dear CVS: Quit mailing useless junk to my house. I won't be coming here anymore. Since they can't really fill any prescriptions anyway, any new ones we get will go straight to Walgreens. read more

This place is the worst I was looking around at all the beauty supplies and there was a lady that was following me like I was about to steal. I have never stole anything in my life and today wasn't going to be the day. Then she called security needed on the floor through the intercom and 3 people started watching me. This was complete bullshit. read more

It gets progressively worse with these guys. Used to be the best. Now they are among the most expensive and worst customer service. read more

I'm really surprised at the reviews on here. We love this CVS and the pharmacy staff. Our toddler is "medically fragile" and we are here all of the time. Everyone knows us, they call us with questions, he takes a rare medication that I'm certain no one else in the area takes and they keep it in stock for us. We have never had an issue. Both pharmacists have done leg work to get doctors to respond to requests and prior authorizations. I'd use them for myself but since my insurance is with BCBS, I go elsewhere, and the service at the other place doesn't compare. read more

They close before they at they do. I got there 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and it was locked up and she wouldn't let me grab what I needed. read more

Been coming here all the time for years. For the most part I get great service! Very helpful staff and pharmacist.

The store manager named Jeff was very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills.
