Guess what, the small pharmacy called me with in 5 minutes of receiving the prescription to let me know it will be ready in 15 minutes and a reminder that they close early today due to the holiday. I am still convinced they inflate their prices and make members believe they are getting a deal, when in fact using a coupon might bring the price of an item to what I would pay at big box store. This price inflation is much of the reason why I don't buy as much from or as often at CVS convenience stores. It's only when I am too tired or unwilling to drive further to a big box store.

I asked her the price difference between a 30 day supply and a 90 day supply, she would tell me that my insurance might not cover that (which I knew wasn't true). I just wanted to know the cost. But she just would not answer. Ridiculous. The medication I take is very expensive. Without fail, every single time, the person helping me grills me about the cost. And I would appreciate that if they were asking in way that was like "I just want to make sure you are aware of the cost...?" But instead it's a whole bunch of attitude about how "don't actually need us to fill this because it's way too expensive". I know it's expensive. I need it. What am I supposed to do? If they don't have a particular medication in stock they can always get it the next day and get it right out to me. The staff is proactive, friendly, and efficient. I normally order delivery or pickup where I park and a shopper brings out my groceries. This location now has locker pickup. I enjoyed the experience immensely. My groceries were ready ahead of schedule. I drove up right beside the lockers with my emailed code. I punched my code into the kiosk, and each locker popped open. There were separate lockers for the different kind of groceries ordered. My refrigerated, dry, and frozen items were bagged and place in refrigerated, freezer, or dry goods lockers.
