Worker summer here is horrible in the image below . Has the worst customer service I seen at any pharmacy showing no care for customer receiving their order. Surprised cvs allows these unethical unprofessional behaviors. If you have a choice, choose another pharmacy, especially if this employee still works here. read more

This store is a mess. It's scruffy and dirty inside. There is no one to assist you if you're trying to find something. They have one person up at the front to check you out, if you can find them. They are frequently stacking shelves so you have to ring a bell to get them to come to the front. The self checkout registers frequently fail so then you have to find somebody to help you anyways. Even the parking lot is a mess. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one, is the pharmacist is really nice and goes out of her way to assist you. read more

Went in for some vitamins. Picked up a few items and some small pocket sized sanitizer travel size GermX. Took a bit to get checked out. There was 3 of us in line by the time a staff member saw there was a line. It's late hours it seems. read more

Time once saw Michigan as a very consumer advocated state. With the decline in the auto industry and now Covid-19, there are noticeable changes. (Apologies for the length. Thank you for your tolerance). A prime example of the lack of that principle and horrid customer service is the CVS in east Clawson. We have a wonderful history with west Clawson (14 mile & Crooks), but three negative incidents here (14 mile & Rochester rd). At noon today we figured a stop out of convenience couldn't hurt. Wrong. As we perused we saw an ad for a 24 count elderberry supplement reduced for quick sale to $2.74 per box. Can't pass that up. Naturally, at this place when you check out, there will be discrepancies. They charged a full $10.96 price. I have a picture of the ad (like I always do) and I still get argument. Enter the store manager who tells me the UPC codes don't match. I have the wrong product. The descriptions are exactly the same up until that code and the sale price was sitting directly below the boxes. "Oh, well, understand that WE didn't put them there. Probably a customer did that!" I agree that could be the case. But why is it every time there's a mis-communication it's someone else's fault. No one is ever accountable in this world. We found where on the shelf this product should be placed. So I put these boxes of elderberry there. When I suggest that the other product is obviously cleared out, maybe you should remove the sale sticker...she refused. The she proceeded to move the boxes directly above said sticker. When I explained that she just performed a "bait and switch" she got angry and started raising her voice. Not only did I not get a sympathetic apology for the confusion (which I don't really require), I was snapped at for essentially protecting other consumers. Not at all a poster child example that CVS would love to broadcast. I recommend a nearby Walgreens or Rite Aid for anything you would look for here. 8/20 read more

Out of stock of narcotic pain killer for cancer patients. My mom called for my dad to see when it would come in. They told her to call around to different CVS's to see if they have it. WTF? Call around to see if they have a narcotic? Then they put her on hold and never picked up again. Either she wasn't listening, had absolutely no idea of what she was doing, or she don't care. Or all three. While we don't know what was going through female pharmacists head, objectively she was not doing her job of fulfilling prescriptions for patients. read more

I just left The CVS while I was looking around remind you I came in about 935 at 9:43 I was told the doors will be locked in five minutes and both employees hovered over me while I still self cashed out they made me feel very rushed and very uncomfortable and I even forgot something I was supposed to get while I was there but didn't feel comfortable enough to go back. As well as a gentleman pulled up at 9:57 as I'm watching it as I write this review and watch both of these ladies leaving and locking the doors. turning away the customer, They should not be how the business is conducted if you don't close until 10 then don't close your doors until 10 o'clock ! Rude or nowhere-to-be-found staff & sales prices don't ring up right. Save your money and time & go to a smaller business. They'll probably be nicer & more appreciative too. read more

My allergies and asthma kicked in the other day and I heroically left my inhaler at work. I was going into coughing fits so I stopped in to pick up a prescription that was on file. The pharmacist informed me that she couldn't fill it because it was on hold at another store, and that store was closed. It was pretty obvious that I was having some respiratory issues when I was there wheezing and coughing. I asked if there was anything she could do to help. She answered "No" flat out. And that was the end of the discussion. I drove a few blocks down to the other CVS on 14 mile. The Pharmacist filled my script without question, and said he'd deal with the transfer paperwork in the morning. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to the Rochester Rd. Jerkstore location again. read more
