They billed BCBS $420 for a "surgery". No anesthesia or cutting were performed. No expensive equipment utilized. And yet they feel they have the right to charge $420 for this. That's on top of $466 just to walk in the door for a total billed of $866. The contracted price brings this down to $269 which is still absurd. This is insurance fraud plain and simple. They billed a surgery for something that should not have been charged considering the walk in the door fee. The billing department was totally uninterested in this matter and never returned my calls. If you are interested in being scammed/overcharged and want to contribute to rising insurance costs definitely check out Grekin!

I used to use a dentist in New Baltimore, and I feel like the care I get with Mansour is so much better; I feel like my mouth has been cleaned! (What a concept. But the difference between my old dentist and Mansour is striking.) What i liked best was their tips on better care of my teeth. It was above and beyond the usual "brush X times a day and floss." Apparently I chew on mostly one side of my mouth, and that affects cleanliness. They were very helpful in choosing products (ACT in the evening, Listerine in the morning! ) and also which foods or drinks to avoid. In short, I'm really happy with the advice they gave me and feel like I'll have my real teeth when I'm 60. Apart from normal dental care (cleanings, fillings, etc) they also have a full-range of cosmetic dental care - including porcelain veneers and gap filling. I haven't needed these services yet, but if I ever do I'll certainly come here for that type of work. The office isn't open 5 days a week, so be sure to call before you just walk in.
