Understanding its the holiday season and everyone is stressed and working alot of hours but at the end of the day- you are in customer service. If you're having that terrible of a day- call out and stay home. Everyone is going through something so there's just no excuse for being that hostile towards customers. Again-the store is great and clean. Hopefully management can address that team member because we watched her upset every person in that line.

WILL FILE CLAIM AS A SPECIALIST, NOT A RETAIL WALK IN CLINIC…read more I scheduled an appointment at the 4302 Cortez Road W, Bradenton Minute Clinic as my insurer listed this entity as a retail health clinic. I saw an ARNP at the clinic and received good care. However, they then attempted to collect my specialist copay, when this is a retail health clinic. I did not authorize payment at that time, because the copay amount requested was incorrect. I was required to give my credit card information before being seen, so it was agreed that the claim would be filed and then my card charged for the appropriate amount. Minute Clinic submitted my claim as a specialist office, not a retail health clinic. My insurer processed the claim as such, and I was charged my specialist copay amount. I am now forced to call their billing department to have a corrected claim submitted. In the meantime, my card has been charged $50 more than the correct amount.
