With so many Publix around, If the opportunity presents itself I can go a little further and try a different Publix for the first time. That was the case this time. My visit to this Publix got off to a slow start with only one sandwich maker helping customers while another was building a line of subs for what I assume was for online or delivery orders. The deli manager jumped in to help me, so now there were three people and still that line of subs, all working on the counter. Kind of fun to watch, but probably not the most efficient setup. The manager got my two subs built, doing almost as well as people that build subs every day all day long. With a friendly goodbye, I headed to the grocery checkout area to pay for my food. The custom Italian Sub looked a little beat up and soggy by the time I got it unwrapped, and it was very good and filling.

From not putting the credit card in right into the reader, asking the price on something, an older guy bought a pack of smokes(he was clearly 60+) and snapping at him for not having his ID out. Understanding its the holiday season and everyone is stressed and working alot of hours but at the end of the day- you are in customer service. If you're having that terrible of a day- call out and stay home. Everyone is going through something so there's just no excuse for being that hostile towards customers. This location is unique as it carried regional items so if you are on holiday and forgot anything this place has it including souvenirs! I have gone here on multiple occasions now to pick up photos that I order to have printed and each…read moretime I go I stand by the photo desk for at least 10 minutes with nobody to be seen (yes I pressed the assistants button) so then I go to the cashier and tell them I need someone over at photo and it takes anywhere from 2-15 minutes for someone to finally show up to help me and in big red letters on the building it says "1 hour photo" and I get there a couple hours after my order is placed and each and every time they show up and act like I'm being just the biggest inconvenience in their day and that NEVER even have my photo printed out yet so after about 5 more minutes of trying to find my order realizing they never printed it then printing and packaging it I finally get it and get to get the heck out of there. This is my first ever review on anything ever and I even downloaded and app just to leave this review because of how rude I was treated by a manager in a customer service feild it was just incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient for me.
