This comes with a generous amount of Mrs. Goldfarb's Unreal Deli Turkey, vegan bacon (brand known), and vegan cheese (I think it was Chao) chopped and sprinkled throughout the salad. I also had vegan ranch on the side. So good and great price for the large portion. Ended up eating this for two meals. Describing this makes me crave another one! This Publix is located in a great area and offers many convenient features. The salad bar has a wide selection of fresh salads, chicken wings, soups, and an olive bar, making it an excellent choice for quick, fresh meals. There is also an upstairs seating area where you can relax and enjoy your lunch. The Publix sub station is fast and efficient, with hot items like macaroni and cheese and chicken always available. The bakery is full of delicious baked goods, and the store also features a lovely floral section. In addition, Publix offers curbside pickup and a drive-through pharmacy, adding even more convenience. read more

We use Publix exclusively for groceries when we are in Florida. The prices are good and the variety is great. Other stores in the area just don't match up. Large parking lots and easy access to shopping. read more

I have lived in this area and shopped at this Publix for about 6 months now so feel I know the store pretty well. Chain grocery are all about the same. Similar organization and aisles. So, I'll just talk about what works for me and what doesn't. Deli-wish the sushi guy would wear his mask over his nose. There is a woman in the deli who helps get deli meats. She is super nice and cute the right thickness and puts in in the bag neatly-important for someone who's picky about these things. Thank you! Produce-there is a gentleman who manages produce that is so kind and helpful-and he knows his products. He has recommended produce to me and they have always been perfect! These are the touches that make me enjoy a trip to a store! Meat-The meat department seems smaller than most stores I've shopped. They don't have a lot of selection. However, most of the meat we have had is really good. Aisles-They do a good job keeping things stocked. I have been told that they will order things if you ask. Bakery-I've liked the things I've tried. They make good rye bread and pastries. Not fond of the baguettes as they are very soft and airy. Beer, Wine & Spirits- They have a good selection of all and more at Publix Liquors next door. Service Dept- The staff have been very nice and helpful!! Registers-There are some excellent and extremely nice cashiers. They are fast and accurate. I do recommend the Publix at and will definitely be back. read more

New Publix to serve northern Manatee County just off Moccasin Wallow exit on I-75. Store is designed with the new deli in the round. Wide aisle and self service checkout! Drive through pharmacy and liquor store connected. Nice wine selection. Meat department is a bit undersized but has a fresh fish market. New technology cool storage with easy open doors. read more

I like the fact that this is so close to my neighborhood, it makes things very accessible, no need for a long drive just to get groceries. The prices are a little steep (I mean this place kinda has a bubble monopoly) but it's a solid publix that's very accessible. read more

Never order a sub from their mobile app. This Publix lacks in effective management. Every time I order they either don't receive it even when you show them the email confirmation or then never have it ready. Poor management skills and customer service. read more

Came here this evening for cucumbers and grapes. They had 4 rotten cucumbers set out for people to buy and that's all they had. Went to the red grapes and they were definitely over the hill. For produce this is definitely not the place to go to. read more

Publix is pricing themselves right out of our grocery market. The things that bring us back is we live very close and of course BOGO. Having said that it is very common at this store to have items advertised as BOGO and never have the items actually on the shelves. This is simply advertising to get you in the store hoping you will buy something else. The deli there has a crew that in part acts as if they're being punished to be in there and are on the border of rude. While Publix used to be the best place for sandwiches and subs their lack of attention to your details when ordering and winding up with an incorrect order. No matter how busy you are every order should be priority one. In addition the sushi chef needs to be more focused on cleanliness and detail as well as if you're going to wear a mask wear it correctly and cover both your nose and mouth. Hate to say this but you are driving Walmart to take a big portion of your grocery business with prices consistently 20% lower and a much better vegetable section. The deli at this Publix is not good. I tried to order a sub 4 days in a row with no success. Each day, they were either out of bread or chicken tenders. I have attempted to order online and in person at various times each day. Multiple times I have ordered online and I showed up to pick it up and was presented with various issues listed above. I never received a phone call notifying me of my orders being unable to be fulfilled, and thus I wasted time and gas driving to pick up unfulfilled orders. read more

If you ever plan to order a specialty cake with your own design from the bakery DON't. Totally unreliable! Went in on a Tuesday night to place my order for pick up for Friday. Sales took a picture of the design I wanted, a duplicate of the invitation for my moms 80th birthday. I even order a larger cake than needed because she tells me it will be better for the design. I asked that someone call me if it could not be done so I can come in and pick something else out. Thursday afternoon still no call so I call there. They check, call me back and say no problem. 8:30am Friday morning they call and tell me they can't do it. I go in and they can't understand why I'm upset. Maybe because my mom turns 80 once, her party was cancelled because of the virus and I wanted to make it special. So now I am getting a pink cake with white roses and a stupid plastic tiara. I like how convenient this store is to my home and that is is usually clean and easy to navigate. However, the staff and pricing leave alot to be improved upon. I was once hit in the shoulder by the produce manager's large, heavy metal cart. He barely noticed that he hit me and only said sorry. Did not even check to see if I was hurt. As for the pricing, I began noticing that the pricing on the shelves was different than the price that comes up when scanner. Many times its is a very noticeable difference and other times, just a small difference. When I reached out to the corporate offices, all they said was sorry and gave me a bunch of excuses. Groceries are expensive enough there, I don't need them significantly increased due to their price trickery. Even after bringing this to their attention, it happened again just the other day. This time is was about a total of overcharging by at least $8.00. They also said their policy is to give the item for free if the price is wrong- never once have I brought this to the cashier attention and received the item for free. More times than not, I cannot even get the price adjusted or removed as I use the self checkouts and the staff doesn't pay attention to anyone needing assistance. I do not like the way the regular check out people bag my groceries, so that is why I use the self checkout. Guess I will have to begin shopping elsewhere that is less convenient. read more
