No one provided any updates on the status of my vehicle, and I had to repeatedly ask for information myself. I understand that delays can happen, but if an appointment is running behind, customers should be informed and given realistic expectations. The purpose of making an appointment is to avoid excessive wait times, and unfortunately that was not the case. While the work was eventually completed, the experience left a lot to be desired. Based on this visit, I would think twice before purchasing tires here again.

Update 3/13/21 6 years later, I can say without a doubt that this pharmacy is the absolute best I've been to. Besides the fact that they've made no mistakes in 6 years, they're always quick to refill my prescriptions and they contact me using all my preferred ways to let me know that my meds are ready for pickup. They take many different forms of insurance, and a couple of years ago I found out that the owners were friends with my late mother who passed away from cancer in 2016. She then proceeds to yell at us as we walked away and says "just to let you know, no CVS will EVER carry that!"... like I was asking for something terrible. I asked her why and she just holds up her arms in a "I dunno" way. Extremely rude. Went to Walgreens after that.
