Brian, the pharmacist, went above and beyond multiple times to help get my prescription filled correctly. For some reason, my prescription wasn't written quite right the first time, which delayed things, but Brian didn't give up. He worked diligently with my doctor's office until everything was finally resolved. Then came time for a refill--and unfortunately, the doctor's office made the same mistake again. I mentioned I had one quick errand to run, and they packed my prescription in a cold pack envelope with a mini ice pack--just to ensure it stayed at the proper temperature.
