I believe I have been going to this cvs since they opened and have never had a problem. If an item isn't on the shelf I tell someone what I am looking for and they will go in the back and find it for me. The people who work there are very kind and courteous. I don't drop prescriptions off through the drive-thru expecting to get them right away. The drive-through is for dropping off and picking up I always thought. And in the case of being in the e.r. and then taking your prescription to the pharmacy, the e.r. dr. could have faxed it to them and told them you need it immediately despite how busy they are. Most of the time my prescriptions are sent electronically and if I don't have them by the time I get home, I am notified by cvs shortly after. A pharmacist can also give you a few of the med and then have the rest ready later. I am sorry for those who have had problems. read more

Always very clean and organized doesn't smell like medicine very well stocked and friendly staff

Used the drive thru and they said they'd call me when my prescription was ready and that it should be about 30 mins. An hour and 15 mins goes by without a call. I tried calling them to see if it was ready but was placed on hold for 15 mins and decided to hang up and drive back. Of course it was packaged and just sitting in their counter. Will never go back again. I suggest going to Rite Aid across the street. Last time I used them it only took 15 mins. My fault for giving CVS a try. Never again. read more

Rudest experience of my life at a CVS. Employees rude. Manager RUDE. All I wanted to do was exchange a makeup shade-which they allow me to exchange all the time and IVE NEVER NEEDED MY CARD. But today I needed my card of course and it was stolen this weekend and had fraud committed on it so I didn't have it. She did not let me get the shade I needed, waisted my time, made me late to work, argued with me, and honestly just terrible customer service. As someone who works in customer service I would never treat someone like that. Don't recommend this location. read more

I've had maybe one or two undesirable experiences but other than that, their pharmacy has done a lot for me!

We have been CVS pharmacy customers for many years. We recently transferred prescriptions to this CVS...boy....It might be worth to drive 20 miles to our old CVS pharmacy! Rude and uncaring POS's!!! They need to lighten up a little and smile once in a while! Not very helpful like other CVS's I have dealt with. Learn a little customer service and be more pleasant, caring, helpful, happy whatever! One particular tech by the name Lilly really needs a swift kick in the a**! She ignores you while you are trying to talk to her and ask some questions...all the while doing some sort of calculatuons on her calculator and cpu. The pharmacist on duty was pretty nuch the same...useless! Jeez! Smh read more

This evening as I and my fiancé entered this cvs cashier greeted us (one star for that) but as we were walking around since I had never been to this store I was a bit lost as to where things were so I looked for something they don't have in stock, don't find it so I proceed to the next aisle. I get asked by a gentlemen not in company clothing if I needed help I said no thank you. So I get to the makeup aisle and find what I need. I am a couponer so I'm working out my deal and organizing my coupons and items to check out my fiancé does the same error on my part I put some items back that weren't part of the sale. New guy (Gus) walks around us a couple times I can see him from the corner of my eye but doesn't bother me at this point. What I start to realize is after he walks around I hear over the speaker the automated message for workers to walk the aisles now I know exactly what is going on they are doing this for us. I work for a reputable company and make over 50,000 a year why do I need to steal anything! Then I get to check out and my cashier Jorge I believe was his name, who gets the other star rings me out but Gus the manager I soon realize walks around to our register picks up the coupon and says you can't do that then waives it in my face and says we have a new coupon policy and it says one per purchase. I hate that company's use this to there advantage. One per purchase means 1 coupon per 1 item your purchasing not one per transaction not one per day there is a difference. Either way I wasn't in the mood to fight even though I was abiding by the 4 coupon policy cvs states online and in store so I leave 3 items. What put the cherry on top for me as a person in retail is Gus did not approach me as a customer since he had already judged me by thinking I was stealing. His unprofessional ways is what will have me calling corporate tomorrow morning. He didn't introduce himself not once I had to ask the associate for his name how sad! Gus if you ever want to get ahead in this business I suggest you learn some people skills, and manners. Never coming back to this store again! read more

THE absolute worst pharmacy department I have ever experienced. After filling several prescriptions incorrectly, failing to automatically refill and generally being incapable, I will find a new pharmacy. Anything else has to be better than this! read more

Horrible experience. My urgent care doctor called in the script 40 minutes before I got there. Went through the drive-through, they told me I had to come in and create a profile before they give me my script. I limped into the pharmacy because I was in so much pain I could barely walk. They asked me two questions, "do you have any allergies?" "do you have any conditions?" Seriously, you had me walk in for two questions! Then they told me they couldn't fill my entire script. Then they told me it wasn't ready and it would be 20 minutes. read more

The pharmacists at this location really don't know what they're doing. They have zero customer service skills. I dropped a prescription off at 5:30 and was told the soonest it could be done would be 2 hours... The lady who first helped me told me she could send me a text alert for whenever it was done. I waited the two hours and a good extra 15 minutes... Still no text so I go inside anyway thinking, maybe they forgot but it should be ready. I waited in line for almost half an hour just to be told that the "rain is making the computers slow" and that my prescription wasn't done but if I'd like to wait I could. I already waited for two and a half hours in pain with an infection and in need of antibiotics!! I couldn't stay and they couldn't tell me what time my prescription would be ready for pick up so I ultimately left and will continue with an infection and pain for another day. There is a particularly bad problem I've had at this CVS by the Traffic Circle in Long Beach. On two occasions they gave me half the amount of medication I am supposed to get. Only 30 pills instead of 60. It was a surprise the first time I ran out two weeks later. They did give me the rest, the bottle even said 60 pills though it could barely fit 30 inside. The second time I knew right away that they were short changing me by only giving me 30 pills instead of 60. They were nice enough when getting me the rest of the medicine, but I should not have to ask them to give me what I am prescribed. If this does happen a third time, I will never return to a CVS. This is a serious problem, how many other people have they given less than what they are prescribed. Seriously bad business practices. They never cared to investigate the problem. I went in for my epipen prescription after the pharmacy sent the courtesy call said it was ready, it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another 45 minutes by the time I got there. I left since I didn't have the time to wait around for what should've been ready. Later I get a call saying my insurance won't cover it because it was sold over the counter. I went in today to find this supposed over the counter epipen. When I asked an employee where I could find it, he said he's never heard of an epipen in his life. Someone who works at a pharmacy has never heard an epipen?! When I asked the pharmacy specifically about it they said it wasn't sold over the counter - going against their word when they called me - and continued to charge me $60 for my prescription. Refusing to pay with money I don't have I left. This pharmacy clearly doesn't know what they are talking about. read more

at about 7:37 i walked into CVS the store was not busy no one greeted me on the way to drinking fountain i pass two other employees no hello from either on the way put i stopped to look at room heaters three were on the shelf all the same except the price one was $29.99 the other two $19.99 employee walking pass me the second time i said excuse me i could tell she was not pleased with me being stopped but i pointed out the heaters being all the same after looking at them she said that she didn't know that i would have to check with the front counter well been there done that the people at the front counter know that the light are on and the store is open but when the store opened all employees were very helpful if i had a question about some item the person would check not tell me to check read more

Always out of everything, including basics like antacids. Cigarette sales used to be a big part of this store. Since they stop selling them - which is okay by me - they have seen their late-night revenue drop to the point that they've on staff and stock. The pharmacy would seem to be a smart move since it is 24 hours. But they are always out of stock of many prescription medications. The next day when they can get it from one of their other stores, which defeats the whole 24 hour purpose. I can go anywhere and get a prescription filled the next day. Good luck trying to get staff to help you in areas where they need to come unlock the cabinet, such as electronics. To be fair, about 70% of what is messed up about this store can be blamed regional management which has cut staff hours and inventory. It's better to head to the Rite-Aid nearby, despite the parking hassles there. CVS could be great at Los Coyotes, but I am tired of excuses and given up on it. read more
