I've been using this pharmacy for about 4 years now. I haven't had any issues with prescription fills. They're usually pretty on top of things here and whenever I leave a voicemail they call back in a timely manner, any problems I've had were resolved easily over the phone. I usually use the drive thru for the pharmacy so I see the same techs and pharmacists all the time at different times of days. They've genuinely all been so nice and helpful! It's the reason I keep coming back. Sure the wait can take a while sometimes, but all pharmacies are like that. That has nothing to do with the employees. They're working their hardest. read more

I have yet to experience a bad experience with this location. Unlike other commentors who leave negative reviews, sadly I read them, but NEVER believe them. Those are usually brought upon themselves. When you go into anyplace with an ATTITUDE and demand stuff, karma has a way back to you. Even when I am sick, in pain, etc.. I never take out my frustrations on any employee, as the old adage "the customer is always right" is dead and gone.. I'm a customer like everyone else obviously. I check my prescription names through drugs.com when I question the medication, thus verifying on my own when things do not look right, BEFORE heading back to the pharmacy. Prices, I check them on my app, and know there are programs available, you just need to look for them! I ALWAYS check the status of my orders via the CVS app. I never go to pick up either a prescription or store pickup order, until AFTER the order is READY. The only new issue these days is trying to get someone on the phone at the pharmacy. But that is NOT worth negativity. Since this is one of the last 24hr locations, I don't have many choices. read more

I take a couple of meds for Parkinson's that help me deal with it on a daily basis that this pharmacy doesn't seem able to fill on time. I have learned to order through the app ahead of time due to these delays. I should also say that this particular med has a warning not to stop taking without your doctor directing you to do so due to issues you may experience. Yesterday, after waiting 2 weeks and talking to a few different people in the pharmacy a few different days, some nice, some rude - still no results and no way to tell me "when" it was going to be refilled. I knew there was a glitch. I cancelled the order and reordered and all of a sudden a short time later, I can see the date it will be filled (a little over 2-1/2 weeks after my original order). The effects of not having this drug are brutal and affect my function, work, sleep and because I haven't taken in so long, think I have been experiencing withdrawal. I don't really leave bad reviews but my recent visit to CVS Pharmacy was incredibly frustrating. After waiting for 45 minutes to pick up my medications, I encountered horrendous customer service. The young girl in the consultation section, with long, dark hair and a pale complexion, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed completely disinterested in her job and failed to properly handle my insurance, stating it was inactive but it was active because I was on the phone with my insurance company. I left without my medications and will never return. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your prescriptions! read more

They are the absolute worst. If it was easier to move my particular prescription it would've been done a long time ago. I gave them chance after chance after chance after chance to just do the bare minimum and they have screwed up every single time. This place is an absolute joke. My prescription is always called in days in advance. I always call ahead to make sure it's ready for pick up and yet every time I go, they tell me my prescription is pending or processing or on backorder, even though I literally called and checked before I left my house to make sure that the prescription was ready. I don't really like to leave a negative review, but lately this place has been subpar with service. Came here for the second day and night. The first day I was informed that the medication is not the same as the prescribed. I informed them that I wasn't going to pick up the medication because it's not the same med then. I asked if the medicine is just differently branded. Called the doctor's office the next day and they informed me that it's the same medicine but different brand. Pharmacy was wrong about it. Came back the afternoon the next day after the doctor's office ensures that the meds would be ready. The drive through window lady said it wasn't ready yet and that it was restocked. This was at 3:15pm and she told me it would be ready by 6:00pm. Same person that said that the meds were not the same. Came back at 8:00pm and they said it wasn't ready. Reason being is that they're now backed up in orders. They seem very short staffed. The profiteering company needs to pay these guys more and hire more. Come on. Got a sick kid here. Pay these guys more and hire more people at night. read more

Great customer service from the store and depending on who's in the pharmacy it can be wonderful or awful. What makes me keep coming back is the fact that they are open 24/7. The female staff is stupendous. The store is well kept and they almost always have what I need. It's nice they have security during the day but I haven't seen security at night. I do tend to go through their drive through pharmacy so I don't have to get out of my car which is a nice way to drop off and pick up meds. read more

I know CVS can't help the wait times. This review is about DELIVERY! I recently requested delivery and it took 5 DAYS to receive my medicine! 5 DAYS!!! Heart medicine. Once you request delivery your binded to it. There's no canceling delivery and having your prescription refilled. In this age of immediate delivery I was so wrong to assume same day delivery of my medicine from cvs down the road. It is mailed postal service to you. Please be aware of the delay. He will purposely disconnect you after a half hour waiting on hold. He once told me to stop calling. They must have caller ID. This place is THE WORST. We chose this location because it's open 24 hours but it's not worth it. They don't notify when a prescription isn't covered, they just ignore it. This has happened multiple times. Try waiting in line for 30 minutes to be told they don't have your prescription filled. Then they can't find the "missing" prescription or any information on it. You have to insist that they get you answers only to find out that they didn't fill the prescription because the insurance denied it. They don't even give an option to pay, if you ask to pay for it out of pocket you need to get to the back of the line again. I don't bother calling because that's even worse. The wait to talk to someone is a joke, usually around 30 minutes. Then they aren't helpful. They have no communication skills. We were over charged for a prescription. I come here every month to refill my prescription since it's the closest to my house and walgreens right next to them don't have drive thru, MY ONLY REASON for going back here. I really don't like cvs especially this one. They are rude. Always a long wait time when I call. My medication is electronically put in every month and I still have to call to mk sure it's filled. I once had an occasion when my prescriptions weren't ready while I was using ride share. The pharmacist was very ride about the situation saying that I need to still call even though it's electronic. We passed a few words behind it and he told me he wouldn't fill my narcotics if I didn't have a Nevada id the next time. Ha I've been going to this cvs two years and it's ridiculous. I came here to drop off my pain medication prescription after having oral surgery because its close to my house. The technician was super sweet and understanding. She let the pharmacist know I was in pain so they expedited my prescription saying it would be only 20 minutes. After waiting only ten minutes it was ready, and I went for my consultation with the pharmacist. She was polite and generally seemed to care. Overall, great experience. read more

Love the fact that it's open 24/7 CVS is a great place to shop when they have sales and coupons. Most things come out to be dirt cheap or free. A secret place for extreme couponing. If they don't have the sale item you want always ask for a rain check. Don't forget your green card bonus and always scan your CVS reward card at the red machine for extra savings. The older cashiers ladies some times are a bit nasty or takes forever with a coupon. So I avoid them in the daytime. read more

I normally have no problems here. However, Angela was SO rude! I had a free $10 coupon that was loaded onto the app. She could not figure out how to use the coupon (app already scanned) so she asked for my phone. When I held my phone up she said 'No I need to hold your phone'. When I refused (who lets someone else handle their phone, especially a stranger) she flipped out, started yelling and verbally attacked me stating that she refuses to help me. I made an order online to CVS store 7285 S Durango Dr.,Las Vegas, Nevada 89113. For 4 Items that said online in stock, for pickup. I had my spouse to pickup person. I received 2 of the items in a bag no receipt. I later received a email saying one of items was out of stock. So that left 3 item ....They did give it to me but they charged me for it. I called and the front person was very nasty and said call custOmer service, and that I can come and get the missing item. I was disappointed during my last visit to pick up prescription meds and some other sundry items, to see some non-pharmacy staff not wearing masks. I knew I'd seen an update communication from your corporate offices 6 weeks ago talking about how that would be a new staple. Considering how many people do use the pharmacy services and come in with sickness, or are vulnerable to germs, it was a huge sign of disrespect and irresponsibility to see 2 staff members on the team last Thursday at your register and stocking items in the aisle..without gloves or masks. So breathing over and touching everything that others will be coming into contact with ....total disregard for the data proving how Covid and other germs spread. Again, I found it ironic that it happens here, a place where folks come for their healthcare needs. Overall, the staff are friendly and the manager's approachable and communicative. But this observation floored and disappointed me. Do better guys. We're counting on you...esp. folks who are more vulnerable and in need of protection and care. I came to this CVS Pharmacy after another location was incompetent in filling a prescription and getting correct doctor information. Not only did they call us to verify they received the prescription, when I called to follow up if the prescription was ready, they read back the prescription, gave me an estimated time stamp, verified the location AND gave me my total so I knew what I was paying when I got there. Once there, there were 3 people ahead of me, which I didn't mind the wait. The tech that helped me opened up a 2nd register to help the line move faster and jumped back and forth to assist everyone in a timely manner! I will definitely be sending my prescriptions here moving forward even if it is a little bit more out of my way. Thank you Pharmacy staff for your awesome customer service! read more

Eugene is the worst pharmacy manager I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life. I do not understand how this excellent location and excellent business such as CVS would hire someone like that to be the manager of the pharmacy. He gave me a specific reason on why my prescription was not filled (they said they had a lot of fake prescriptions sent in and it was regular protocol to verify with my provider that it was not fraudulent) I reached out to my provider, relayed the message to my provider, then my provider took time out of his day to call the pharmacy for the third time For them to come up with another excuse on why they were not going to fill my non-narcotic prescription. Most people drugs seek for strong drugs and narcotic prescriptions. This one was not neither of those and I still was not able to get the prescription filled. The ambiance has gone downhill since they fired Tim the manager for trying to stop the ongoing stealing that is becoming rampant here and in other stores in Summerlin . But as a customer of CVS for decades and what a horrible experience I had on Wednesday with w one of their unsupervised new employee Robert, whose only concern was dealing with a vendor and not the customers. He was the only one in there with a line of customers that were not being waited on. I waited as patiently as I could until I asked him how long it would be befits he could check me out . I got a smart answer from him saying "WHEN I AM DONE , I AM DONE" when I said this is ridiculous he had the audacity to yell across the room with all the customers waiting and say "YOU CAN LEAVE ANYTIME" So I threw all my merchandise back in the basket and left. This was not only unacceptable and juvenile behavior but seriously out of line. Why was this employee left alone and why is he allowed to deal with the public if he can't control himself.
