Terrible Customer Service and Unacceptable Employee Conduct…read more I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received at this location. On October 14, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m., I called to report an employee who threatened me, only to be hung up on multiple times by managers. I was speaking in a calm and respectful tone, and I do not understand why I was treated this way when I was simply trying to report a serious incident. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on October 13, 2026, an employee at this location threatened to fight me outside. I have included a picture of the employee below. The manager on duty at the time was not helpful, and their response left me feeling as though this behavior was being condoned rather than addressed. As a guest staying at the attached hotel, I find this treatment completely unacceptable. No customer or hotel guest should have to deal with threats from an employee and then be dismissed when attempting to report the incident to management. I am extremely upset by how this situation has been handled. For my own safety, I intend to file a police report regarding the threats made against me. I also expect management to take this matter seriously, review the surveillance footage, investigate the employee's conduct, and address the way my complaint was handled by the managers who hung up on me. I deserve to feel safe and to be treated with basic respect. I expect a response from corporate management regarding this incident and the steps that will be taken to address it.

It's also a larger CVS and carries pretty much everything you might need, including beer and wine. There is security at the entrance, which was a little unexpected, but I suppose it's necessary. The main entrance has a view of The Palazzo and Las Vegas Strip. Inside is clean and bright with good background music. Store offers a variety of food, snacks, beverages, beer & spirits, wine, health care items, and baby care. They have over-the-counter medicines, beauty products, cosmetics, sun care, various souvenirs, greeting cards, and travel kits. There's two check outs, one at the main entrance and the other is a self-checkout kiosk near the casino entrance. I was looking for travel sized lotion. I see plenty of lip repair balms. I did find Eucerin Original healing cream that's fragrance free. Price is $9.49 for 2 ounce. It's a bit steep. There's also Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion. Price is $5.75 for 3 ounce. This bottle is a little big and heavier, I'm curious why this one is cheaper than the original? So I asked a staff member Jane about the pricing, she is super helpful! She clarified that the healing cream has a thick consistency, whereas with the intensive repair lotion, because it's water-based it will feel light on the skin. I appreciate the information that Jane gave and decided on getting the Eucerin Original healing cream ($9.49), it is highly concentrated and applying a tiny amount goes a long way. I also got Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick ($7.99). On the way to self-checkout kiosk was a long line. I kindly asked one of the staff member Mariela, if I can pay at the cash register. She is so nice! She was in the middle of stocking items, and made time to help me with checkout, I appreciate that so much! Overall service from everyone in the staff including Mariela, operations manager Trey who directed me to the correct aisle, and Jane's valuable knowledge is excellent and outstanding! I am extremely disappointed with the service my mother received at this Walgreens pharmacy…read more She arrived at the drive-thru pharmacy around 6:20 PM with one car ahead of her. That car took approximately 40 minutes to finish, and by the time it was my mother's turn, it was 7:00 PM. The pharmacist acknowledged that my mother was next in line but simply closed the drive-thru and told her to come back tomorrow. The frustrating part is that her prescription was already filled. She wasn't asking for a new prescription or consultation--she simply needed to pick up antibiotics for a tooth infection. This could have taken just a couple of minutes, but instead she was sent home without medication she needed. I understand that pharmacies have closing hours, but healthcare also requires compassion and reasonable judgment. When someone is already in line before closing and needs an antibiotic for an active infection, taking a couple of extra minutes to help that patient is the humane thing to do. This experience showed a disappointing lack of empathy. I hope Walgreens encourages its staff to use discretion in situations like this, because patients should not be left without necessary medication over a matter of a minute or two.

It's a sealed antibiotic bottle that comes from the manufacturer with 20 pills. I went and checked my bottle and sure enough it's a completely different kind of bottle and it was sealed with foil. Never would I have thought it came from a manufacturer shorted! But it did. This was not a mistake by this pharmacy. I am truly relieved this is the case. I love this pharmacy! They don't even have to ask me my name when I come in! They know me and always have everything ready for me. I have never spent but a few moments picking up my meds. And even when it's a prescription they do not carry they always have it ready the next day! I'm happy to find that there was no fault on this pharmacy. I am always very honest with my reviews and I really didn't want to have anything negative to report about this place. I'm happy to have them after a long run of horrible experience with CVS pharmacy. So I'm more than happy to be updating this review! Since my last review I have experienced this place quite a lot. I've been finally dealing with a lot of things medically that I've been putting off. Every single visit and/or refill has been unbelievable smooth and I can honestly say I leave that place happy as hell with the experience. I'm greeted by my name when I enter, they get my persciption and I leave. It's so fast I'm literally in and out. They communicate immediately to me if they do not have it on hand and even then they have it ready by noon the next day. Unfortunately they are not open on the weekends so keep that in mind when planning your pickups. But you can call in an emergency pickup on Saturday (not sure about Sunday) if need be. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Especially if you are having bad experiences with your own, this place will feel like a long over due breath of fresh air.

Jasmine was great, she explained my Rx directions in detail, even though no one was there she was still quiet and very confidential which I appreciated. Great customer service.
