Quick shoutout to some awesome customer service I received today, 6.1.21 in store at Centennial Center Walgreens by James. I had a glitch with an online purchase. James was extremely patient in helping sort it all out. Above & Beyond! Everyone is so quick to post the negatives. This level of service is something we just don't get anymore. Happy customer here. TY James! read more

This pharmacy sucks ass. I don't know why they even have it open. The doctors tells me my meds will be ready in 30 min. I call to make sure and the girl in there says "oh it'll be ready at 1pm." We come at 1 and no one comes to the window. We come back at FOUR and it's still not ready and that same girl is just talking shit gossiping super loud. This is the worst pharmacy EVER. If I could rate it zero stars I would read more

This is definitely a reject Walgreens. For some reason all the stores in the same area have the worst customer service. The pharmacy is slower than molasses being poured from a jar in the winter in NY. No one here has a sense of urgency. You must schedule an appointment for vaccinations but this pharmacy overlooks that. I spent an hour here. No this will NEVER happen again. Jayden the cashier at the front of the store is hustling people to buy extra items when you've already got what you want. The person in front of me spent 20 minutes trying to pay for their item as Jayden was hustling them to buy more stuff. In case you all have not noticed, but time is money. Schedules are meant for a reason. The lady injected the vaccination didn't do a good job. I was hurt literally with her just injecting the vaccine. I'll wait for the bruise to upload for everyone to see. When people are scheduled for injections don't send the person on break or lunch and make the customers wait. The store manager is no better than the employees. I now see why the employees are so horrible and why the reviews are horrible. I'd love to give this location and infinite number of negative stars. If you value your time and sanity, do NOT patronize this location. You will thank me later. read more

Walgreens - the entrance to a store - Drugstores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Walked in found a bag that was already set to go with tissue paper, the price was fair. Store was stalked and had so many deals. Best of all the customer service was absolutely the best. The cashier was friendly, he complimented my shirt, and wished me a great day. read more

Walgreens - Great deal - Drugstores Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The pharmacy personnel, Asian older woman, very very rude, unnecessarily so when the customers were being polite to her. Would take the prescription and "Come Back". The natural response is wait in the store because the order will ready in. 20 or 30 minutes or comeback in 2 days. When customers requested clarity ....just unfriendly, abrasive, testy etc. If she explained herself better the customers would not have to ask questions. Happened August 10, 2024 between 9-11 am, Walgreens Centennial & Ann, Las Vegas, NV read more

I'm at my breaking point with this pharmacy. They are consistently rude and discourteous regardless of how pleasant I attempt to be. Completely inept leading to errors in filling medications appropriately and refusing to acknowledge or take responsibility, always placing blame on the insurance or prescribers who have consistently demonstrated they are not the issue. They basically forced me into auto refilling my prescriptions and my primary to do 90 day fills instead of 30. Which would make less work for them and less trips for me, but due to their frequent errors I'm still picking up medications at least monthly. Looking into transferring all my medications and launching a formal complaint with the appropriate channels. read more

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. HORRIBLE STAFF. Their manager gives 0 fks about customer service. Unsure if this is this specific Walgreens or might just be every Walgreens policy. I will not be shopping at Walgreens anymore. Not only can they not deliver something as simple as a printed document, they have nooooo courtesy for your time. read more

This review is in no way towards the staff. I have always had a great experience, especially in the pharmacy, they are always friendly and helpful. But WTF was the thought process in closing down one lane of the drive thru pharmacy??? So now you have ONE lane and in that ONE lane you have people doing drive thru COVID tests and picking up prescriptions. Absolute disaster. It used to be so quick and easy to pick up a prescription now you plan to wait half an hour or more in the drive thru. Not sure if it's due to staff shortages or what, but it seems nonsensical to me. And be nice to the staff guys. They've been tasked with doing COVID tests now and in some stores passing out masks. Though this store DOES NOT have free government masks. They weren't chosen. It's not their fault. Don't yell at them for it. read more

Pharmacy- The woman who helped me wasn't very friendly. She didn't say a word, no smile, no greeting. She gave the vibe she hates her job. I only came here because I had to. I'd rather keep going to my Albertson pharmacy where they have a better energy, acknowledge you and are nice. read more

I don't go to this location that much , but every time I do, it's the same girl working the cash register. She's miserable never smiles, never says hi, and is always on her phone. There's been times that she has been ringing me up and texting at the same time. I went in there this past week and she was on her cell phone with someone talking about someone she knew having an abortion. She did not care that i was standing there listening to her conversation. Miserable place to have to pop in for something. read more

Worst pharmacy customer service I've EVER experienced! If you're a part of he LGBTQ community AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! I was treated like a 3rd world citizen simply because I am a part of the LGBT community! My prescription fill was ignored for a week until it was too late to fill my prescription order through my insurance company. The staff bluntly hung up the phone on me when I was supposed to be given more information about my prescription order. The management is even worse!!! I was blamed for his staffs unorganized behavior and attitudes. I will never recommend anyone who wants to be treated as a human being to visit this place! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! read more

The short chubby pharmacy tech with glasses has quite the attitude problem. Not sure who pissed in her Slurpee today but I regret making this Walgreens my choice today. read more

If there was anything lower than 1 star the pharmacy at Ann and Drexel would get a negative. 2 days ago we were supposed to get prescriptions. Next day went to store and picked up 2 and they said the 3rd one would be delivered that afternoon--and we were charged. Called 3 times today before the people there finally picked up. First, they did not have any--talked to manager and told her who we talked with and after 12 minutes on hold, talked with the same person that opened up in the AM and told us they would have it out. After more than 25 minutes, she finally told me it would be here by 5 PM--I told her that I would be there at 5:10 if it was not here. First she said it would have to be paid for and I told her it already was and that we had a card on file with them and reminded her that they don't give out anything without charging first and that I would be happy to go there and show the receipt--took more than 12 minutes for her to do the paperwork that should have already been there. read more

I have been threatening to leave this establishment for awhile now and this last experience sealed the deal. My husband and I both have 2 monthly prescriptions to fill. We have been actively trying to schedule these 4 prescriptions to be filled together so we only have to make 1 trip to the pharmacy. Well it worked for approximately 3 months and for some reason it reverted back to the madness of "only two are ready" ... only "one is is ready" etc. My husband got a text yesterday saying his final prescription was available for pickup. I went through the drive thru only to be berated when I pressed the button to have the tube sent so I could put in my payment. I left the drive thru and went in the store. It was then I was told that his prescription was not ready. Are you kidding me? How many trips do I need to make for high blood pressure medicine? I'll tell you how many ... zero from here on out. Sorry Dan ... you are an awesome pharmacist but your staff is incompetent. read more

This is the best Walgreens that I have come across, they are always very friendly and professional to their customers. I use the pharmacy exclusively here and have nothing evil to share about their services. In fact instead I sing the praises of the pharmacy and their techs for always getting our pills correct and answering any kind of questions that may arise. read more

This is the worst run pharmacy in town. My daughter scheduled the Maderna booster and got a screenshot of the appointment. We got to the pharmacy and they were super rude. They said that we have to have a confirmation number in an email. We didn't have to for mine and my wife's! They asked for insurance, my wife and I didn't need insurance. Then they said she had no appointment. I said I should go to CVS and they said it May be the better option!! Don't go here unless you like to be treated badly!! read more

Scheduled an appointment for the Shingles Vaccine... show up at my scheduled time... they say it's gong to be at least an hour before they can get to me, as they're administering COVID vaccines. Now, I get that the COVID vaccines are important, but don't schedule other vaccines if you can't honor the appointment! read more

Outstanding experience with the pharmacist on duty today (11/29) in the afternoon at the Walgreens on Centennial Parkway. We stopped in to pick up a prescription, update some into in the system and check about our second part of the Shingles vaccine. The pharmacist was so very polite, professional and helpful. Within a few minutes everything was taken care of including vaccinations for both of us. Easy, pleasant and efficient. ALL GOOD!!! read more

The pharmacy is a disgrace to the entire Walgreens chain but mainly the hard working, wonderful staff who work the rest of the store. The male pharamist treats everyone like their drug addicts, he said most rude thing to me I've ever heard in my entire life and I'm a server. They spend more time looking for reasons NOT to fill a prescription than actually filling. They will say "oh insurance won't pay till tomorrow" OK no problem. The next day, "oh we're waiting on the doctors approval" EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE THE DOCTORS APPROVAL ON THE SCRIPT. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life, I've had it with this pharmacy and am definitely switching. read more

I came into the store at 8:30 to get a prescription fill. I came directly from the Emergency Room. I stood at the window for ten minutes but no one acknowledged me although I was glanced at several times. I finally spoke up and was told very rudely that I couldn't get my prescription because they closed at 9:00. I was literally the only customer. My prescription was only seven pills and wasn't a controlled substance or anything like that. I returned to the car and was trying to explain to My husband what had just happened. He went in and talked to the pharmacist, Riza. Of course, it didn't help. Never again will I return to this pharmacy. This level of customer service is horrible. The careless attitude is appalling. I have seen other reviews of this same pharmacist and apparently Walgreens just doesn't care. That's really sad. I frequent the store and have had no issues with the store but I can't recommend this pharmacy at all. Stay away! There are other pharmacies with competent caring employees. read more

Terrible service from the folks in pharmacy. I understand they have a stressful job but when I'm just trying to get my prescriptions, my last four experiences have been horrible. They get annoyed when you ask questions or ask to use discount cards. Also asked to check on a back order of a medication and the person helping me seemed irritated and was unhelpful. read more

The pharmacy staff is terrible. I had an 11 a.m. appointment for a shingles shot. I got there 10 minutes early, had already filled out my paperwork and I still waited 40 minutes for the shot. I'd probably still be sitting there if I hadn't asked how much longer because I had another appointment to get to. read more

Absolutely unacceptable to wait 20 plus minutes in the drive through with one car in front of you. If you're going to do COVID tests in the drive through; have both lanes open or have employees come out and swab them. Basic common courtesy. I was told I could wait in line for them to fill my Rx. Why would I do that to the 5 cars behind me? It's called common courtesy and pharmacy manager, you should be concerned about 5 cars backing up for one person and ask for complicated or long winded issues to kindly step inside. Come to find out, the pharmacy is learning how to bill and code for COVID tests with each patient due to new software. Did they not get trained? Was there not a dummy EHR to learn with? I don't get it. Use the second drive through for COVID testing and learning the computer for off hours. Have a human out there for the tests. It begs the question how contaminated with COVID is the box they deliver your meds and payment to and from? read more

This location is so extremely slow. I wish I would have chose another location to get my covid shot. Both times we've come, they're short staffed and we don't get our shot until almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time. What's the point of making an appointment then? Half of them don't look like they know what they're doing either and can't handle a fast paced environment. read more

Brittany the tech is very rude!!! This pharmacy is also very slow even with vaccine appointment made. Please avoid this location.

Rude pharmacy. The only person who cares is the manager at the pharmacy. That gentleman has been there for about 10 plus years . This review is for the pharmacy dept . All the other pharmacist need a customer politeness class , or how about a be good to human class !!!! read more

Honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this is strictly for the pharmacy.. the employees outside of the pharmacy are always amazing, kind and helpful. Totally different story for the pharmacy. I always have issues here. For example, today I got a notification that there was a problem processing the prescription my dr sent in (they didn't have brand name in stock) so they tell me the Dr needs to send in another script for the generic. Ok COOL. I call to tell them I spoke to the dr and he sent it in. My doctor said nobody ever called him.. The lady, was super sweet. She said "yep, we have it. You can pick it up by 1." OKAY COOL. I call again (around 1240) and another lady answers. I ask what the price difference will be wondering if my insurance will cover it. She says they never got the new script and I can't pick it up til tomorrow. Two COMPLETELY different stories. I understand they deal with rude people but I'm never ever rude. Ever. I'm super sweet and patient but it seems some of the pharmacists have a massive power trip. Some, not all. It's just annoying because there's always ALWAYS an issue. I wish I got the last lady's name because she was rude to me for no reason. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy from now on. I chose this one because it's closest to my house. I should have read the reviews for the pharmacy first before committing to this pharmacy. The guy there is nice and the younger girls are nice but there's one lady who wakes up on the wrong side of the bed everyday. read more

I don't usually mind going to Walgreens. They sometimes have what I need and it is a small enough store that I can find it quickly. And there is hardly ever a line. It is basically clean. all this I say speaking of an overall company wide experience. This store though, on Centennial Center Blvd, was a disgusting venture. I needed to use the restroom. My car was in the shop and Walgreens was near. I could not believe the filth in that restroom. The floor was spotted and sticky. There was toilet paper all over the place. The toilet in the stall was unflushed and covered with multiple seat covers trying to hide the filth. Had I not been in an urgent situation I would have turned out and left. I had to deal with the filth though. So I flushed the previous persons waste before hand and bit the bullet. I felt so gross leaving there. It was horrible. The managers ought to be ashamed of themselves for letting their facilities get so bad. read more

Today I needed to change pharmacy because my current one will not, for whatever reason, give out the birth control Junel (they use to, but then switched to Micro-crap). Ever since taking Micro-crap I have been getting huge cysts on my ovaries which was NEVER problem with Junel, or a problem before taking any pill. S now I have to have the name brand Junel only, and so I went off to Walgreens thinking they would have it. Well they don't. But this is not a review on what they have or don't have; this review is on the horrible service of the so called pharmacist there. First off he goes into a five minute rant about how Micro-crap and Junel are the SAME thing, deriving from Loestrin. Well, I am not a doctor nor a pharmacist, but if that were true then both filled perscriptions would say "generic for Loestrin". They don't. Only Junel says that. Micro-crap says it is generic- FOR JUNEL! Whatever. I will ignore this, I thought at the least. Until he asks why on earth my doctor would specify for Junel only. "Because Micro-crap gives me cysts." "Well that has nothing to do with birth control." ....Excuse me? It doesn't? Well by god I have ben wasting my time at the doctors, when here in this Walgreens is a man who knows all about my ovaries and give FREE medical service! I will quickly fire my GP and come to you dear sir for all my medical needs. But wait, he is not a DOCTOR. Honestly what the hell is problem? He then went off about my doctor and cysts, and I left. A simple "No, we don't carry that." would have sufficed. But no, he had to be a jerk about it and talk down to me and my doctor, who I will take over his crazyness any day. read more

I came in on January 18 2016... Had the best customer service from Roseanne. She helped an awful lot with printing my photos.. Thank you!

I live close by to the location. I've have gotten close with the staff fast. It's always nice to come in and get greeted by your first name.

The wait was forever!!! Then the pharmacist wasn't very nice at all and had no time for my questions. Then the price with my insurance was higher here for the same drugs that I've been taking for years. I wil not be back. read more

Pharmacy is not the friendliest. Dont want to answer questions and seems a little disorganized. I called about a prescription that was supposed to be ready the next day at 1130. Waited all day for the call and finally was told give us a half hr. Showed up an hour later and that is when they started it. I waited.... I have given this pharmacy a few chances over the past 6 months or so. Not going back. read more

I hate to even give this store 1 star, but I have to. Anyways, my kids came inside the store today with a 1985 $100 that they wanted to break, split between them and spend. Chelsea, the assistant manager spoke to them like trash, first she told them the money was fake, than she told them that they always come to the store and never buy anything and kicked them out, mind you, we just bought a house over here so they never been there before. The customers inside and even an employee told them it was real and to call the manager when they get home. When my boys came home so upset, you can imagine how my husband and I felt. We went up there to see what was going on and she even gave us attitude as if we were wrong. She needs to be trained on customer service. If she wouldn't talk to an adult like that, she shouldn't talk to kids like that. There still kids. I would never go inside that store again, nor will I ever let my kids. It's too many stores in this area to even go through this again with them. I will be contacting someone higher than her and the store manager about this. She definetly picked the wrong kids to disrespect. read more
