On December 9, 2026, I went to the CVS, located at 7190 W. Craig Rd, LV, NV 88129, for passport photos for my mother. When we got there the store clerk was attending to a customer so I waited. When he was done with the customer he asked what he can do for me, I told him I needed passport photos for my mother. He said one moment, as he went behind the counter to retrieve the camera. As he returned I asked him what will the cost be for the photos and he said, "$1,000", with a little sarcastic tone. Then he said it'll cost $18 plus sales tax. I thought, okay maybe he was actually joking, so I left it at that. He then proceeded to take the photos of my mother, then he stopped, turn to me and said "give me a minute". Another customer was calling for him, something to do with the self-checkout register. When he was done he then proceeded behind the counter and began doing something on a computer. Mind you my mother was still sitting on the stool, not knowing whether he was done taking the photos. So I asked the clerk if he was verifying the initial photos he took and then he said "I'm done", then he looked at my mother and said, she can sit there all she wants..his tone was so condescending but I again, let it go. I really just needed to get the photos done so we can get to the post office to finalize the process. The clerk apparently was done with the computer and as he passed by me he said (with a sarcastic tone) "it'll take the computer some time, this process doesn't happen instantly". That did for me!! As he was walking away to do some other thing I said, " you don't have to be an ass!!! All I wanted to kniw is if you were verifying the initial photos you took since my mother was still propped at the photo station and you never said you were done." He turned around and said, "you know I am the manager and I do not have to do business with you." I told him, "F_CK YOU, I do want to give you my business if you're going to treat your customers like this!" My mother and I left, obviously disappointed and in disbelief. Before leaving, I asked the jerk for his name and he refused to give it to me, but the store manager's name was list outside the store as Eric Gonzalez. I cannot say for sure if he was in fact Eric, since he did not say but he was a white complected male, with a mustache, about 6' in height, and about 240 lbs. I am truly appalled and I would hope that your company does something to address this issue since I would have to say this will not be the last, or may not have been first time either. read more

My photos in the print center had terrible quality and the cashier did not care. I understand if the resolution was bad, but it was not. The pharmacy is a joke. I had to wait in three lines to pick up my prescription because they couldn't figure out how to process it through my insurance, even though I initially told them exactly how to process it, after I spent time going back and forth between the pharmacy, my doctor, and my insurance. So what should have been a less than 10 minute wait, turned into a 30 minute wait. No apology, just attitude. read more

Went to the drive up pharmacy Girl with the brown hair had the worst bitchy attitude. I tell her I need to pick up, gave my details & she left. Told me it was x amount of $ She left asap dropped the box She said it so fast & quiet I said what? Hello?! She didn't come back for a few minutes When she did I asked her to repeat herself She ignored me & took the box back to see if I put payment inside Which I didn't. Because I didn't want to agree to x amount if I heard it right. Which I didn't. It was 15$ when she said one-fifty. She got annoyed. Grabbed a phone. Made faces at me & was annoyed with me asking her the price again because she wouldn't tell me & couldn't understand my simple question. I've been going to this location for 3 years. They always text me when my meds are ready for pick up. The people behind the pharmacy are so nice. They have just about anything you need & it's close to Home. Place is always clean & friendly. Bottom Line: my Go to pharmacy & will hopefully continue coming here for my subscriptions. read more

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. Their system went down at noon today. They can not fill any prescriptions because I suppose a pencil and paper are not available. Instead of texting to tell us this, they kept extending the time and texting new times. Now I finally find out they won't fill the prescription today. This is an aggregious behavior,and I will report this to NDI. I have yet to experience anything but poor service here and will refuse to accept scripts there from UMC in the future. I got notification for a refill for a prescription. I thought I was picking up Levothyroxine which I've been refilling for years. They refilled dicyclomine which I don't even take anymore. Has me pay 35 dollars and didn't verify what prescription I was even picking up which happens almost every time I go there. I get home and realize it's not even levothyroxine. I just wasted 35 dollars for nothing. I call to see if I can get my money back and the guy tries to argue with me that it's not their job to verify what we are picking up. I told the guy, I'm not here to argue what your job is, I'm telling you employees have asked me what I am picking up more than half the time. I'm switching to walgreens. read more

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse!!! Doesn't matter if you wait in the car line or go inside it's gonna take forever to get your prescription. The customer service is at an all time low as well, if you take anything from this post know that they are closed from 1:30-2, you know the normal lunch time break, lol. read more

Re: Poor customer service: Went Friday evening @7:30. Store doesn't close until 8:00. Went to back to pick up prescriptions. I interrupted conversations between employees including front counter employee. I got my prescriptions but felt I was an interruption. I was not handed back my drivers license. When I got clerks attention again he laughed and said it was in my bag because he was used to waiting on people at the drive thru. He made no motion to retrieve it for me. I did a little shopping but when I got to the front to check out there was no one there to check me out. I then went to automatic check out (that I hate) with my hands full. (I did not get a basket to hold my purchases.) While at automatic check out I heard talking & turned around to see the checker had returned to the counter checking out another customer. When she was done I told her I needed help. Hesitantly she walked over to help me use the machine but acted as if she wanted to leave after each scan. She offered no other help with bagging my awkward purchases & quickly left me alone in the front of the store to finish bagging and get myself out the door while she headed toward the back again. Sadly I certainly did not feel like a valued 80 year old female customer but more as an inconvenience by the employees. read more

This CVS pharmacy is horrible! I would give it a negative 10 stars if I could! I've been going to that CVS, on the corner of Tenaya and Craig for years since my mom lives only a few blocks away. So you can say it's the family CVS since we all get our meds there. I started having issues with them 3 years ago. They gave me a really hard time with one of my meds. Then they started to refuse me certain meds bcs they did not agree with what my doctor prescribed me. What?!?!? They argued with me about what meds I should and shouldn't be taking. Wow, excuse me but I think my doctor would have a better idea of what I should or shouldn't be taking and my doctor was the one that came up with the med combo. Who is this pharmacist telling me that my doctor isn't doing a good job and that I can't get my meds. So for obvious reasons, I started to go to Walgreens. Unfortunately this Feb, my insurance isn't accepted at Walgreens anymore so I went back to this CVS to try and get my prescription filled. And history repeats itself, the pharmacist didn't want to fill my prescription bcs they did not agree with my doctor. They believed that the doctor needed to prescribe me something else to go with the original med. I told them that I've tried other meds and it didn't help me, it made me worst. That's why I have a long list of meds that I can't take bcs I'm allergic. The pharm tech helper was José and I know it's not his fault but he made me so mad I just wanted to punch him. Then the pharmacist was standing right behind the tech, pretending to be busy filling orders and refusing to speak to me. I was getting loud, frustrated and furious! I wanted to kick him in the balls! Bcs he didn't have the balls to speak to me, face to face. Instead he was being a passive aggressive moron who was making my day (which was Chinese New Year by the way) hell. For those of you who don't know me, I am a person with an enormous amount of patience and I rarely get mad. I am the person ppl go to for advice, to feel more at peace and stuff. So for me to want to punch someone, they got me really mad! When I told my sister the story, she chimed in and said that he was giving her a hard time with her kids meds as well. I was like, that's ridiculous, who does this guy think he is? He's having some sort of God complex, thinking he's better than our doctors and he knows better than them. He probably failed medical school/exam and is now taking it on the people trying to get meds to get better. I've written to CVS corporate about these incidents and they just never got back to me. I went to another CVS closer to my house and the pharmacist there was the complete opposite! He was super nice, friendly and really tried to help me. But due to some issues with his store, he couldn't take me on as a new patient. It was a bummer bcs he was just so helpful. I mean that's what customer service is about. I'm not sure how to let corporate know about the pharmacy staff here, other than to leave this review! We just moved here from out of state and have 2 insurance companies and they are changing! The pharmacy staff has been more than patient and willing to help every step of the way! Last month, a young man helped me, I totally spaced getting his name! However today, Lisa, was just as helpful and kind. I'm thankful for a staff that just doesn't brush me off and genuinely seems to care! Thank you! read more

I stopped here to pick up some Candy for The Better Half (TBH). She loves the Dove Dark Chocolate Candy and was having a bad day at work.....so to avoid bringing the bad Karma home, I surprised her with the Candy. Normally, I go to Walgreens, but it wasn't in the area and this CVS was on my way home. It was a quick in/out and the cashier scanned in her CVS Card so I could get the discount. Does anyone ever use their card or does the cashier always use theirs? I never bring my card. Overall, it was a typical CVS Pharmacy experience. Clean store, friendly employees. Will I return? Pharmacy not very helpful. Will be transferring all my businesses elsewhere. No customer service from ALL the techs and cashiers that work there. You get to the pick up window and it's always "date of birth"... what about a hi or hello first? They always look bothered when I pick up meds. I always feel Anxious going to this pharmacy and was going because my dad has multiple rx. Is there a score less then one star, because that's what I give this place. I am forced to get some of my prescription filled here, because of my pharmacy insurance. I have NEVER encountered anything you would call customer service, I one time called in some refills, now most places will have them done the same day, however this place asks me to come by in three days to pick them up, and when I was on hold I was told if they weren't going to ready if get a call. Well come the day and time, I swing by to pick them up, and then I'm told they couldn't get a hold of my doctor so they couldn't fill them. I knew I'd be seeing the doctor soon so I told them is have just have her write new ones. I drop off the new prescriptions and the pharmacist decides she's not going to fill them because it's a they are big prescription. I tell her that is how they've been written every other time I've dropped them off, she just decided she had a problem with it, even thou it is written by the same doctor that has written all the other ones, and it was written the way the insurance company wanted them done. She wasn't filling them. I would only use the drive thru so not to spend extra money in the place. I have spent my last penny in this or any CVS. read more

This place has the worst customer service of all pharmacies that I have been to. Trying to reach them on the phone is impossible. Being told to be placed on hold is one thing, having them disconnect the call three times and a total wait time of 30 minutes is ridiculous. Picking up isn't any better. read more

I switched to WalMart 215 Cheyanne when I lost my insurance thinking i would save money. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! At first it was great, Walmart had a nice employese who cared, then that employee was gone. After so much frustration, I took my script back to CVS on Tenaya and Craig....The gentleman who was at the window (at the drive thru) was my knight in shining Armour, JASON. This gentleman had brown hair, mid twenties and super nice. He asked me if I had insurance, which i gave the short version, and he guided me to the CVS discount pharmacy plan....HOLY MOLY!!! He helped me get signed up and I saved 33.00 on my first script!!!! I am switching everything back to the CVS!!!! That saves me 400 a year on thatscript alone...and it is filled very quickly (as compared to the walmart......i cannot say how many hours and days i wasted trying to get my prescriptions!) read more

The pharmacy technicians lie up their butts. I had to get a new perscription filled for my Adderall. They told me they had to talk to my doctor, it was after hours on a Friday night so they said come pick it up on Monday. I told them his office hours, he always answers the phone. I got sick on Monday so I couldn't make it. I came Tuesday and they didn't have the perscription filled. I asked why they said that they couldn't get ahold of my doctor, I didn't believe them because he answers his phone unlike other doctors I've had. They claimed to have called him but said he didn't get back to them. Then I got a voicemail wensday morning saying they couldn't give me my meds because the doctor didn't call back. I just got off an 11 hour shift at work to get that message. So I went there and asked for my perscription back. HAHA!! That seemed to mean something I don't know why with their sucky service. They called and got voicemail probably because he was at lunch, it was right around noon, so I said whatever since they wouldn't give it back. They texted me about an hour later saying my perscription was ready. I went and got it and I asked why it took so long, did the doctor have to look up my past medical records? Nope. -_- They said "we had to talk to your doctor before perscriping that medication. I KNOW! YOU'RE INCOMPETENT. Can't call the doctor during normal business hours then try to blame others! Liars. I would've been satisfied if they just apologized for lying to me about calling my doctor! Never going back there again. read more

I normally stop at this store on my way home to grab a few things. It's normally pleasant and I always use the coupons that are sent to my card. Well today I went in to buy sunscreen - my coupon from CVS was 30% off. I was on my way to Walgreens ( because it's closer to my house) but remember I had a coupon. I go to get the sunscreen and the lady at the cashier says she can't find it on my card. She was polite and said maybe because it's on sale. I said, ok I will go get one not on sale. So, I made sure the next one I got was NOT on sale. Same thing....still didn't take my coupon. I even showed her the coupon I sent to my phone earlier that day for the 30% coupon. I've never had issues before with my coupon but kind of irritated they wouldn't take my coupon. I will just stick with Walgreens at least they honor coupons and give you rewards. CVS - don't give coupons if you aren't going to honor them. read more

Only giving a start because it's required. Worst photo service ever. I should have avoided CVS photo based on the fiasco from last year's issues. But I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Last year my one hour Christmas card print job turned into a 3 day ordeal involving 3 stores. Something about a printer getting jammed at one store, had to reorder at another, same thing, etc. This year, I decided to order from them again because they offered same day turn around. One hour photo actually. Costco offered to do the cards for a third of the price, but next day. I really wanted to mail the greeting cards same day so I paid more and went with CVS. In retrospect, I should have saved myself some time, money, and hassle and ordered from Costco. My greeting cards were supposed to be done by 1pm. I ordered and paid for my cards online. After checking on the status of the order 3 hours later it was showing as "creating". I called the store and after speaking to two different employees, I was told that their printer was jammed. Ummmmm, what? I put my order in over 3 hours ago, you just now figured out it was jammed? And when were you going to notify me? And darn my luck, same thing 2 years in a row! The store was going to call me back after they fixed the jam. Well 4 hours later, no call. I call the store back again. After being on hold for a while I was told that they don't have the paper to print the greeting cards!!!! I could not be more disappointed in the service I received. And the time I wasted. And myself, really, I should have known better based on my experience from last year. I will never use CVS again for my photo printing needs. And I advice you to not use them either. read more

The store is awesome. Unfortunately the pharmacy employees could care less what you need. The young lady who answers the phone is rude, and generally makes you feel like you cut into her day. Oh, and helpful? I guess if you consider interrupting your questions, putting you on hold to snatch the phone back up in your ear, and hanging up on you because you can't understand her while she snaps her gum to be helpful - then this is the pharmacy for you. read more
