This is the closest pharmacy to me so as a disabled person when i make an effort to actually find transportation to get here in person it's a lot for me sometimes. So I really didn't appreciate today 2/1/25, going to pick up my medications and being discriminated against and treated like trash by Percy, the staff member at the front doing prescription pickups. Unprovoked might I add! I walk up to the front of the line and immediately this person is glaring and looking me up and down in hostility. I just ignore it and state that I am here to pick up meds and say my name and spell it even, and they made a disgusted (?) type of face at me??? Then they mention the computers are down now and that I can't be helped now. I understand that some times we can't control what happens with technology at our jobs but that really isn't an excuse for someone in the customer service industry to treat someone like a bug under their shoe. I attempt to ask for an ETA and even try to see if there are alternatives that I can attempt to maybe try and still get my much needed medication and they shut me down not even willing to care or help and not caring to even hide that fact. I think if you're providing customer service and you can't even hold back your prejudice towards someone for a brief 2-3 minute interaction you really should find another job. If you're getting hired to be kind and help people and you're so overcome by hatred for specific types of people that you can't even attempt to hide it for a bit (or maybe you don't want to and you treat people like this on purpose so they feel bad) then I suggest you seek some help. The main problem that I have with this CVS is that tonight we went into the store 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed. My husband had just got out of Umc trauma. He has four broken lumbar vertebrae. And we asked them if they could fill the prescription for him there. We were referred to a 24 hour pharmacy that's over 7 miles away from home. I had to drop my husband off at home, get him settled and then venture out again to get the prescription filled. The nasty part about it is that as we were leaving, we heard one of the workers in the pharmacy laughing. Nice work, Lourdes, we heard you talking about how you guys couldn't service us because it was just too close to closing time. The lack of compassion or embassy, along with the little joke at our expense is not the way that you treat your customers or people who have been coming there for a long time. Tomorrow, I'll be coming in to talk to the pharmacy manager as well. read more

This pharmacy is by farrrrrrr the worst. Rude employees. I've had one too many occurrences with them and enough is enough. Not only have they gave my child the WRONG prescription on one occasion, now here we are trying to get a new prescription and the lady at the window has the worst attitude asking ME "so you want me to fill these prescriptions" ? Like um hello??? Yes???!!!! Then proceeds to say well we have to order it and it won't be ready until tomorrow, so you want us to fill it? Just sounds like they don't want to do their job! And the time they gave us the wrong prescription I just got an apology from the pharmacist himself and that's it. Little do they know, because it was such a crucial time to get that antibiotic going and working for my toddler, she ended up in the hospital for 6 days because we received the wrong antibiotics!!!! Her pediatrician just about had a heart attack when we told her no we didn't get that prescription they gave us something else!!!! And that almost costed her an emergency surgery!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH THIS PHARMACY!!!!!! Do NOT trust these people nor waste your time or energy dealing with this pathetic place. If I could give this 0/5 I would. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The employees come off as if each interaction is a complete inconvenience. Their customer service is below average. I switched to this pharmacy because it was closer to my house. I've only been using them for a few months and it seems like every time I go there to pick up a script, it's anything but a smooth transaction. It's always something. This would be zero stars if I was allowed. Planning to visit family and wanted a Covid test that I have done before. 11am appointment and waited 30 minutes before finally reaching drive up window. At that point I waited over five minutes sitting there and no one said one word too me. I could not tell if anyone was working as windows had posters all over and inside counter seemed piled with stuff. Absolutely dirty and disorganized. I drove away after 7 minutes of just sitting and said the hell with it How is this place allowed to do Covid testing is beyond me. The state needs to come in and inspect this place it did not seem clean at all. No customer service and I bet my insurance gets billed for the non visit which I will be looking for. If so this is insurance fraud. Why is it so difficult to get a Covid test in Las Vegas right now? Really disappointed in total lack of customer service. read more

Just tried to pick up my colonoscopy prep at drive thru from "Tyler" and have never seen worse customer service in my life. He just kept repeating in a very annoyed voice that they didn't have a prescription from me instead of trying to figure out what the issue is. Turns out it's at a different cvs and I asked him to look up the store and he gave me the store number and told me to google the number to find that store. Wow. Every time I come in to pick up Monthly meds it takes multiple attempts and 30 plus minutes. They call and say every thing is ready then when I get there something wrong and they want me to check in another line to find out they restocked my meds. Then they want another 30 min to fill. When I come back the next day, same thing again. read more

They don't care about their customers, plain and simple. I'm talking about the pharmacy department in particular. I take a very controlled medication, which I only get the exact amount every month. That means I have to get the medicine on the same exact date every month. I get none extra, nothing to spare just in case. When I call CVS on Lake Mead and Torrey Pines to find out about my order they give attitude and ask me to call back "we're sorry it's out of stock" "call us in a couple hours" "call us tomorrow" " we sincerely apologize" etcetera, etc. I can't believe how IRRESPONSIBLE and CARELESS they are. Apparently they ignore that people take medication to treat medical conditions. I even spoke to several 1-800 customer service representatives and explained how critical it is for me to get this drug on time every month, but it's always the same: they'll give a very fake apology, they'll promise they'll do something about it, but the truth is that they simply DON'T CARE about their customer's health and well being. If I'm lucky I'll get my medicine a couple days late, in the meantime I can only hope nothing bad happens to me and that won't end up waking up in an ambulance or E.R. read more

I have used this pharmacy for about 10 years but no more. I had to ask 3 times to take 1 of my scripts off of auto fill before they did and I still get calls and texts about it. If you call, expect to sit on hold for at least 10-20 minutes. I have actually called them while at 95 and Trop and drove there(a little over 20 mins) while on hold to get there and see 1 car in the drive up and no customers in the pharmacy and stood there listening to the recorded voice telling them they have 1 call holding. I dropped off a script yesterday and was told it would be ready at 6:30 PM but I never got the text saying it was ready, I call this morning and the recording tells me that I have a script that they reached out to me about and that I needed to talk to the RX before they could fill it..... only problem is they never reached out. I understand it is a busy environment, as my brother in law is a RX and my sister is a RX tech , and I don't ever want to be a bitchy customer.... but after sitting on hold for 15 mins this morning, the female who answered was very short with me and as I tried to explain she put me on hold for another 5 mins. When someone finally picked up I was told it would be ready in 2 hours????? I always blamed their automation system but now think it is as much, if not more, a case of really bad customer service. I always go into this CVS with my dog ALL the time, I never have a issue EVER!!! I never put my dog down anything. I have been in that store and have seen other customers in store that have other little dogs in their arms and there is no problems. Well today I go in and this African American employee (and let me first state I myself am African American ) begins to ask do I have a leash for my dog and I'm puzzled because this has never happened and I said a leash and she says yes a leash and I proceed to go back to my car to get the leash, my thing is that if this is the policy it needs to be consistent all the time from everyone. The pharmacy here will not only lie to you but they literally act like they are the doctor. They not only refused to fill my husband's script because he called them out on their lies they also threw away his other three scripts from his therapist. We now have to go back to the doctor to rewrite another script which is impossible since the upcoming holiday he also has to go without his meds for the rest of the week till Monday. This is unexceptionable for a large pharmaceutical corporation to treat customers this way and retraining as well as a reality check is needed. If you wanted to be a doctor then you should have stayed in school. How dare you treat customers the way you do and how dare you behave like a tyrant. Friendly staff most of the time. Not as well stocked as other CVS locations. Store pretty clean. Parking lot is a bit dirty.

Great store with not a lot of traffic. Very convenient for pharmacy prescriptions. Staff is friendly and productive. No one is just standing around. Service is typical for this sort of store. They have some great sales on alcohol and mixed nuts from time to time. I'm happy to see CVS stopped carrying cigarettes, too! Finally, a company with some values and backbone! read more

This CVS is the reason why my faith in humanity has been restored. When coming back from the doctor's office after taking in my son my normal pharmacy called me to inform me that they didn't have his antibiotic in stock and it would take 2 days to fill so I opted to go to Walgreens up the street and called them and needles to say they were horrific! They even hung up on me as I was asking questions. At the time I was new to the area and on the bus so I took a leap of faith and got off when I saw this store and went in. They were so amazing, they filled my son's prescription and even called my other pharmacy for me and got everything squared away. I now have a car and will drive the extra half mile just to go to this store. read more
