Listen up folks. Walmart is known for it's bargain prices and not its epic customer service. I know what I'm in for when I come to Walmart -Deals full stop! I wanted to try on some clothes before I bought them and there was nobody at the fitting room station to let me in and try anything on. I stood around and then started to stroll around the clothing department looking for an employee. A very polite service rep was unable to let me in but called somebody who had a key to come to the fitting area. She was apologetic that nobody was there. A 2nd employee came by and asked if I needed help while I was waiting. She did not have a key but also went out of her way to search for someone who did. In all my years of shopping at various Walmarts, never have I experienced not 1 but 2 employees offering to help me. I'm not knocking Walmart. I'm just shinning a spot light on the unusually pleasant customer service I received at this particular location. After waiting 10 min no one came. I eventually let myself into a stall that was unlocked. Again, I never expect exceedingly great service. I know what to expect @ Walmart. But kudos to this Walmart team for such a great shopping experience today! read more

Went inside after work to grab cat treats, there's like 7 workers in ONE aisle on ONE side mostly talking and just in the way. Literally ridiculous and excessive, that task does not require a plethora of people. One person is ENOUGH. read more

Signage that's supposed to lead to the Pickup section needs to be redone. Years ago, curbside pickup used to be near handicap spaces. Over a month ago, we got confused on following the pickup signs scattered throughout the lot. It didn't easily indicate that the pickup section is now all the way to the left of the building, around the corner. Please redo the signs. They lead to nowhere. read more

I bought a hairbrush for my mom from this Walmart. I went to return it today and the customer service person refused to accept the return. When I got to the store,there was one other person in front of me who got their refund on an item they returned but I did not get a refund. I did not catch the employees name but I would like to report them to management. The hairbrush was $12. They told me that the item was not on the receipt. I would like to speak to a manager in regards to this matter if it is possible. Or I will contact corporate. And the first time I shopped here was when I first moved to the area. I had asked if they sold alcohol and produce. I was told no. I am not sure if I will return in the near future for grocery needs/clothing needs. There was an employee that said have a good day. I think the overall attitude of the lady Mary that serviced me should be improved or she shouldn't have a job. I brought the correct receipt and was not helped. Nor was that employee very helpful either. So they kept my mom's money. read more

This Walmart is wild! I had never been here before and it was a real throwback to my childhood in the 90's. Like this place is a time capsule that has modern product in it but the capsule stays the same. I love it. I'll agree that it looks tired and old (which it is). I think there's a psychological thing we do as a society that if something looks older, we think it's more dangerous and scary. While I will admit the parking lot can use more light, the shopping center itself seems to be doing some improvements. I do think that even though it's old and smaller, there are a lot of products and the shelves are stocked (and organized) nicely. I do think it's weird how they lock up odd stuff or make things harder to buy. For example, we bought a $20 knee brace. Had to have someone unlock it for us. However, she was really nice and came super quickly. When we were checking out, the super glue we bought had to be approved. So weird! This person was really nice and helpful as well. She even told us white-out needs approval too. Kids get high on this stuff? I used to used white out at nail polish as a kid. Maybe I was too innocent. LOL! read more

Today we encountered an extremely rude and disrespectful manager (name: Veronica) at the local Walmart store: 3041 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89108. She insulted me with racial discrimination and refused to provide services or communicate; she also took away my items after my orders were paid, confirmed, and picked up. We need an apology. Unfortunately I did not have reception in the store so I was unable to check in and now that I am home the site is saying I am too far to check in. This store is not a super store but has almost anything you need. Alex was the associate who helped me and he was very kind and gracious when checking on an item for me. They didn't have the item but I was able to get other thing that I needed. This store is a grocery and non grocery location so you can get mostly anything you need in one trip. read more

Had to run to Walmart to buy a new shower head, it started out fine but as soon as I walk into the store some guy starts yelling at people saying he needs to find his phone. I just walk by like I don't see him and the walmart associate, just looks like they want to be anywhere else but here. And of course security was no where in site. Went to find my shower head and was having trouble, so I ask an associate where there located and he doesn't know. At this point I want to leave but I really want to take a shower when u get home, I found it with no help in the end. And when I left the guy was still yelling and throwing trash now at the associate. Security did show up but they only stude there and watched. read more

Heads up to consumers that buy food online from Walmart. They sell expired food products on line and when you complain they try to blow you off. They have no concern. So I called corporate and let them know the stores practice. They are required by law to pull expired food from shelves and not sell it. Seems they just sell it online to unsuspecting consumers. This low rating is for "Doria" only who decided to stop me after self checkout, reviewed my receipt, and tell me with confidence I didn't pay for my toddlers denim jacket just because it came out a lower clearance price other than the tag showed?? She literally held my cart gripped right and my receipt even though I showed her ON MY APP I PAID FOR THE SINGLE denim jacket for my son in that cart out of my 10 items bought today. When her supervisor from guest services came she was so much nicer and told her that she is reading it wrong, because I did pay for that item, it just had a different barcode SKU or something. Doria got visibly upset and threw her hand in the air to wave both of us off and walked away without even apologizing!! (Like she's mad that she didn't catch me stealing) . I typically go to a couple of other Walmart locations. Recently, I was looking for a specific size blanket that was not available at the Fort Apache location, so I came here hoping to find it. They didn't have the blanket at all. I did get a couple of other household items. I then went back to the Fort Apache location and got the blanket. This Walmart location could use a "face lift". I think it starts with the lighting. The ceilings may be lower than the Fort Apache location that adds to it's melancholy atmosphere. It's okay, but not my first choice. read more

I came here to pickup an online order a few days ago. The parking lot was full of hobos and debris scattered around. We're out of towners, and I've only been in 1 other Walmart, which is in Irvine. That's why I give it 1 star. The Irvine store was very neat and tidy. This one was not. The Irvine employees were very cheerful and ready to assist, these employees were not. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and had a game in the evening. We just came to purchase hand warmers. We found them and a couple of other miscellaneous items. Great! Let's get out of here!!! But wait...what's THAT??? It's a scooter that you kneel on? Cool! My daughter wanted to see how to work it because it's self propelled. An employee saw her and told her "Get off! You aren't allowed to ride it around the store!". They had a small selection on bedding sets, vacuums, and no produce. I had a question about where something was and a young girl late teens early 20s looks me dead in my eyes puts her headphones in and walks away giving me the "I'm on my break attitude" good to know she's just there for the paycheck and avoiding actually working and being somewhat customer friendly. If there is negative star, it is what this store deserves! I should have read the yelp reviews as this store is really one of the main reasons why big box stores are closing. The people running this store is truly not customer oriented and do not represent the company's best interest! I was returning some unopened bags of candies but was told that Halloween candies can not be returned. I said there was no sign anywhere saying that sales were final and non-returnable. Had I known it was final, I would not have bought so many. Even the receipt had no mark that stated no returns or exchange. I normally would not have written this complaint but since I went all the way to the assistant manager, Blake, he's really my big complaint as he was arrogant and useless. For a manager, he is supposedly the role model of his employees. Now I can see why employees were equally as bad. I can predict this store will shutdown some time soon. read more

Paid over $100.00 for items from this Walmart location and asked the self checkout machine for cash back but it didn't give me the denomination of bills that I wanted. So I asked the register monitor, MaryAnn, if she could break the bill I received from the Walmart machine into smaller bills and she told me that she can't do that and no one in the store would give me smaller bills unless I bought something with the bill that I received as cash back. She was rude in her tone and unreasonable about doing something that is definitely possible (in which I've done before at Walmart). She is a terrible customer service representative and this location wasn't a good location to shop at before this and now I definitely won't shop at this Walmart. read more
